Tara it sounds like you have all the right answers. So, now you just have to follow through with it. That is the hard part. But, you can do it. 500-600 is not enough. You have said that yourself. So, add some calories in there. Trust me when I say, "in a couple of years you are going to look back and say to yourself "Gosh I want to go back to the Honeymoon days" Trust me. Enjoy these days. Now, keep on keepin on.. You are doing great.. !!!

Smile, it increases your face value.

Hang in there and up those calories...in a year you won't have the least bit of trouble with that!

Girlfriend, you better feed your pouch!

I think about this far out, you should be consuming 800 or more calories. Check with your nut.

Log everything you eat, portion sizes, nutritional info, etc, and that will help you know if you are overeating or undereating, and making good choices. If you are toward the end of the day and low on calories and protein, make u a yummy protein shake with some 1 or 2% milk for extra calories, nutrients and protein!

Hope this helps!

When I was at your stage I went through the same thing. All my Buds here told me the same but I had to hear it from the Nut before I believed it! She increased my calories from 500-600 to 800 a day. She also told me she sees it at this same time in almost everyone, everyone is so afraid to add calories when they start eating solids that they put themselves into a stall. That first week I thought I'd burst! And adding 200 extra healthy calories is harder than it sounds but I finally got it worked out. I lost 10lbs the very next week!

Now I average 800 a day and my losses are holding steady at 1.5 to 2.5 a week, slow and steady is OK by me!

Yep, you've got the answers, you know what to do, but it's easier said than done! Like everyone said, in a year or so you will be looking back begging for those "honeymoon" days! Can you do cheese? Might be able to add in a little for snacks. Up that protein as much as you can and remember eat your protein first. I used to do protein in my coffee, a shake with fruit and some juice in it as well as flavored protein powder. I was lucky if I could get in 300-500 a day at your stage, and I experienced a huge stall. Just something you gotta do GF! Shake it up!!!!

I went through the same thing at your stage! It is hard to get that many calories in and think about eating that much! I still struggle sometimes. I do not lose as much either. I lose every 6 weeks. I think it is mainly because I do not consume enough calories but I try the best I can. It will get easier! I used to also get sick on everything I ate, so the thought of eating was so hard!
Good luck!
