Jumpstart January B2B Tuesday
I will track my food when I get home...I know that is best for all of us. If someone wants to crank up that post after work in late afternoon/early evening that would be great. I get home at different times on different days so never know when I can.
My plan for today:
lots of liquids...my normal 100+ oz.
protein coffee being downed
Click or Atkins or both if needed
Chicken salad for lunch...maybe on spinach
leftover tamales w/ chili and a little cheese for dinner
fruit or cottage cheese for snack if needed

I've started doing the same thing. I just get on the scale every Monday, and it's so much better for me. Keeps me from getting nutty when the numbers fluctuate for no reason. Plus, when I feel "down or depressed" it triggers bad eating for me, because of the crazy relationship I have with food.
Anyhow, maybe it's water retention. Don't be so hard on yourself. Stick to your meal plan and lets see what the scale reads in a few days.

I am going to have to do it as well. It is seriously making me insane. I have to step OVER my scalle to get to the potty. And the minute I get home, i'm on it again - I get a 2.6 pound variance from the morning - sick, I know.
So after tomorrow I will see if I can put it away until Monday morning.
I have a doctor appointment with my primary doctor tomorrow AFTERNOON and my mind will not stop worrying about what her scale will say after all day and WITH clothes. I seriously need therapy. And just one negative word from her and i'm toast.
At least I admit it and NO excuses! This is one wagon I do need to jump off, the scale wagon! lol

Todays plan...
S protein coffee (sipping that now)
B oatmeal w/protein pwdr
S greek yogurt, cried cranberries and a pinch of soy cereal kinda smashed for crunchy texture
L sausage (AH, there is the salt!!) stuffed mushrooms (follwed by lg glass water), collard greens
D oven fried chicken tenders, green beans
S cheese melts on whole wheat crackers (stil lovin my toaster oven aka the adult easy bake oven. :) )
Let's plan on checking in with a thread tonight like Karla suggested. I need to know you all are "expecting" me.
