SBUX decaf skinny latte
Have no idea for lunch
beef fajita meat w/ beans leftovers for dinner w/ a little rice

Faithful February sounds great. I NEED to be faithful! And continuing the "F'"s, I want to get to and STAY at or under 1FiftyFive. That is my Feb goal. Maybe I can hit in before then. BUT not at the rate I'm going.
Paige, please do not copy me today. Scale is UP again. FRUSTRATED would be the most appropriate F word to use for that. In all my preparation to prevent pitfalls, I went kinda crazy with the carbs (pretzels and peanut butter mostly) and it is showing. NO excuses. They are getting thrown out.
Plan today - PROTEIN up - Cancel carb crap.
breakfast - protein cereal (14g carb/5 fiber/10 protein)
low carb yogurt
lunch is string cheese with sliced ham and turkey
dinner will be grilled chicken breast of some sort.
water water water and protein coffee.
I will do this because I can do HARD things and I want 155 more than I want those dern carbs!

Today's plan: get back on track...................lousy week.................lousy day yesterday too....
I grazed all day:
I was in and out of the kitchen all day yesterday and will be a little today as I prepare my things for the week........to get back on-track.............the old HAG showed her ugly face and had the last word.............but I was expecting it...........yesterday's carbs was really BAD.......I cooked a couple of OLD receipes from my mom's recipe box for my brother and just had to try them..........
#1) Fried potatoes and polish sausage..............I enduldged on the potatoes alot yesterday....
they are OUT Of the house now and almost GONE....
#2) Chicken & dumpling.................these are almost gone too............brother will finish those in the next day or two..................
#3) frozen cookie dough got cooked up yesterday AFTER eating about 4 dough balls.......UGH....Yeah - I didn't feel too good for a time after that............so.....basicallly - yesterday just sucked......................oh wel l- its over and today is a new day...........
TODAYS PLAN:
Breakfast: Atkin Shake..........
sipping on green tea now and through out day.....
Lunch: frozen weight weigh****cher's tv dinner............
Protein shake..............
Dinner: gonna cook out them steaks that have been marinating............can't wait...decent protein.

D cajun beans w/sausage and a tiny bit of brown rice for texture
S ??? hot chocolate or jello depending on my temp at the time

Good morning!!! It feels good to have the day off!!!! Yesterday was good but calories were a bit lower under 900! Too much running around that I forgot to eat!
House full of kiddos today so hoping to get ALL of us outside for awhile since it looks like it might be the nicest day we have had in a long time!!!!!

Great to see every body's posts this morning. It's a great dose of "OH support" for me to get my head in the right place.
I have a plan today and I'm very proud of my self. I started my daily food/activity journal, so that's a good start. I also woke up early this morning and spent 30 min. on my treadmill. I also prep-ed my vitamins for a couple of days. (Good day so far.... thanks to,OH.com)
Food Plan:
B'fast - Protein shake
Lunch - 4 slices ham, 1 stick of string cheese, carrots, celery and 5-6 pork skins
Snack: Protein Shake
Dinner: Turkey, Cream Cheese, 2 Egg Whites, pork skins

Late night check-in: I did pretty well today and stuck to my plan. Scale showed 156 so Becky and Paige we're all there together.
Breakfast: protein drink
Lunch: Shrimp Scampi (380 calories)
Snack: low fat trash mix
Dinner: 1/2 ham/turkey/cheese sub-No mayo.
