Good afternoon all.  Hope those of you who  had the day off enjoyed it.  Me, I have to go to two jobs today.  Well, I don't have to.  Only if I want to get paid.

Easy night at work last night.  And should continue the rest of this week with extra manning.

Not much else going on now.

Pray for Jenn R. and Eric.  Please.

Just so you know, you need to TAKE YOUR VITAMINS  & SUPPLEMENTS and make sure you get your daily allotment of PROTEIN.

If you are new to the board, this link explains what the NIGHT WATCHMAN is (if you are interested).  Otherwise, just read on, you will probably figure it out anyway.

Jennifer - prayer for the sale of their house in San Antonio.  They have made the move to the metroplex but still need to sell their house.

Karen the Papaya Queen asks we pray for her son and his GF and their kids.  They lost the parental rights to the children, but the decision is under appeal.

Kat's (Iwannabethinnow) friend will have a scan this week to see if the chemo was successful.

Kim (tennysonkw) wants prayer that she will be a better example to her children in the future, and that God will grant me strength to endure, as her and her husband go through their personal problems.  Also she requests prayer for her coworker Tara ane her family.  Tara is on hospice care in the hospital and the family is having a tough time accepting it.

Kim G. - has anemia.

Meggie is in the hospital with abdominal pains again.  She will probably be requiring surgery.

Meggie's mother has breast cancer.  She has a large hematoma under it.  It is stage 1 cancer and they do not believe it has spread yet and don't think they will need to remove any lymph nodes. Radiation therapy will be everyday for 6-8 weeks.

Nina requests prayers for her cousin Troy who has been in and out of the hospital since Thanksgiving.  Also prayers for school enrollment.

Hi George;

Well, all is right with the world again at work. I'm learning how to manage the senior leadership and hope I'll be more successful at dodging issues like what happened last week moving forward. I had a great afternoon and had a deal that I wasn't expecting to close for another couple weeks come in. With 13 days left in the month, I'm only $2K short of my quota. Even better, I'll have a commission check coming soon. Based on where I am today, my commission check will cover the SAT house payment *and* our rent for a month and there will be $ left over for 2 weeks worth of groceries. (Or a fabulous pair of shoes! :) )

I spent the weekend mostly laid up on the sofa hoping for pain relief. We had a bonfire with Rick and Nicole on Saturday night and we all watch the Red Wings/Blackhawks game together yesterday. Those were my only excursions away from the sofa.

I hope you have another easy night. Prayers for all who need them.
Blessings, Jennifer

I thought of you while watching the Stars shootout the other day against Detroit.  Almost texted you, but decided to be nice.

Glad things got better at your work.

I am not going to fret (too much) about the job.  Let me see what is going on first.  In the meantime, I may just want to stock up the freezer.  Just in case.

GOD BLESS AMERICA!!!!!

That had to have been one of the worst calls in the history of the NHL. I cannot believe the ref on the ice called it off and  they awarded it in the review. It was absolutely ridiculous.
