The weekend is over and a new week is here (well for most of us, some of you lucky stiffs have today off) ...so what's on your agenda for the week?  I've read a lot of your posts with great ideas about how to prepare your meals and vitamins to keep yourself away from the pitfalls of fastfood and bad choices. I also notice that they are from the folks who are successful "vets".  These are wonderful suggestions that we could all benefit from. Great ideas to get us back on track or keep us there.

As for me...I'm trying: to persevere, to keep on track, to not fall apart, to not to resort to stinkin' thinkin' and to try to stay focused on the "job" and days ahead.

I'm not really ready for it, but am going to give it one heck of a shot...How are YOU doing??

m ready to hit the road. So here we go.. Jump on the "HAG" Scrawny 2 , record those digitsWriting and let us know how you are doing...Losses or gains, all results welcome here.  Y'all have a great day!  I'm going to really give it a shot. My goal is to keep it together as much as possible, to be as professional as I know I can be, and to keep chasing the GOAL. I refuse to give up or give in!

Funny...I cut and paste my info over to my profile every Monday, so I can find it again easily. Glad to see that you are using my little thread to help get yourself back on track!  I loved your story about Mary on the train this morning, Thanks...I needed a little giggle to get my day started!

Hugs, Mari

Good job, Ms Lisa!  Way to keep it on track and "keep your eye on the prize." Come back and visit me every Monday. It's really helped keep me from veering too far off track.

Hugs, Mari

This really helps me from veering too far off track, as well.  Looks like all us OHers need each other.

Thank you, Mari.

Have a great day,

Mari, keep up the good work.  You'll get that 0.8 off this week.  I just know it!!

I was up 2 pounds earlier in the week and totally freaked out.  OMG!!  But then realized it was my TOM and it came off.  I am so terrified of regaining my weight.  I worry I'll wake up one day and be 300 pounds again.  I know I have to work hard to make sure that never happens.

After the crappy day I had yesterday...I got on the scales, this morning and was really surprised that I had dropped down to having a BMI of 25.0 -- dammit, 0.1 away from being away from "normal".  However, I just don't believe it....I'm not eating right, more than I am.
