STEAKS.
Can you actually marinate a steak for too long? I bought 4 NY strips today at Costco and planned on cooking them tonight...........things happen - plan on cooking them tomorrow at lunchtime.........have leftovers for dinner tomorrow night..................what do you all think?

It won't hurt the steak, but be careful of those marinades if you are a carb-counter .. They can really add up, as do many condiments!
