Can I FREEZE the extra quiche  ?    frozen eggs ?  lol  


I have PLENTY Chicken & Spinach casserole ?    Anyone want any ??

Yes!!  Freeze them in portion sizes for easy grab and go.  I wrap each in saran wrap and then toss them in a gallon size freezer ziploc,  That double layer seems to keep freezer burn at bay,

Freeze that casserole, too!  Same deal...individual servings.  The dollar store sells mini 1 cup size containers.  Or, put it in a baggie to store and take along a bowl for heating at work.

You won't know it's a leftover if you portion it out and freeze it.  Label it and pull it out several weeks later and you have a "new" meal...not what you just at for the last meal or two.

Many people may not like "leftovers", but unless someone is wealthy, they usually can't afford to just throw food away.  If you don't want leftovers, don't cook a full recipe of something.
