PAIGE-Congrats!! You're going to make a wonderful leader! I've never made it to my "number goal", and had a substantial regain (before you met me-it's gone now, because of the SUPPORT of my TMB peeps), so I certainly know, first hand, the importance of TRUE SUPPORT.

The first thing you should have your memeber do is pick their "word"..It has been just AMAZING for me.
