The NIGH****CHMAN - Friday 1/15 and Saturday 1/16
Got an easy night ahead of me. Just the part time job.
Signed up for a bunch of overtime at work next week in anticipation of JD Powers coming in. Then, they cancelled. But the company said they offered the OT, we can still work it. So, my position is going to be triple-manned for the next week. Nice. So instead of 12 calls a night, I will get 4. I signed up for 17 hours next week. Easy money. Then, when JD Powers does come in, they will have to offer it again. YES!!! I only like to work OT during my normal hours on my days off. I hate to tell my part time job I need off so I can work OT at my full time job. I do it when the full time is really in need of help, but normally I stay very faithful to the part time job as well. Afterall, I have been here since 1992.
Ready for my J E T S, Jets, Jets, Jets game on Sunday.
Pray for Jenn R. and Eric. Please.
Just so you know, you need to TAKE YOUR VITAMINS & SUPPLEMENTS and make sure you get your daily allotment of PROTEIN.
If you are new to the board, this link explains what the NIGHT WATCHMAN is (if you are interested). Otherwise, just read on, you will probably figure it out anyway.

I'm still in the hospital... I opted for one more night to make sure that I was 100% or as close as possible due to previous complications. Better safe than sorry. Derek is here with me and isn't leaving unless there is someone else here with me. :)
IV is out... Cath is out... I'm in my own jammies and slippers and walking often. Missin my Boo, but I know that he's in great hands with Auntie Becky.
Got the ok from the Dr today to drive a while tomorrow (oops RIDE) with Derek as we have some errands to take care of. He even gave me the "option" if I feel up to it then I can go with in the rig with him.
Mom is doing great you can pull her off the list if ya like. I'm recovering too and doing good.
*Strength... it's inside, beside, behind and all around me*
Better day at the office today, but I still think I should keep an ear out for other opportunities. We'll see. It's cyclical I guess and I just need to focus on the good.
Still trying to manage my pain. I'm so tired of not feeling 100%.
I'm going to try to stay awake as long as I can. Prayers for all who need them.

If I were lying, wouldn't my pants be on fire?!?
Hugs Hunny and TAKE CARE O'YOU!!!!!
My new job is good. There's just some dysfunction that makes it frustrating. If I can influence the dysfunction to make it less or go away, it would be great, but right now, I'm learning how to maneuver my way through it. I'm not sure where to shake it off and what I really need to address.
I'm sorry things haven't been positively wonderful for you in AL. But, for selfish reasons, I do hope you'll be rejoining us in TX. Keep your chin up and persevere. We're gaining character and becoming stronger people, right?

Are you talking about ME here??? Right now, this character wants to shake some sense into TPTB and teach them something about business...but first I want to have a temper tantrum and stomp my feet and in pure unadulterated frustration!!! Just kidding, but I guess what doesn't kill me will make me stronger, at least that's what my parents always told me!
I've already started sending out resumes in TX because no matter what they do next week, I'm looking to come home! I MISS MY PEEPS AND HOME!!!!!!! You guys really don't know just how much and how miserable this experience has been. I have spent the last 7, of the 10 months I have been gone, on pins and needles about this crappy job! I'm just over it and am kicking myself for waiting, but was hoping that the job market would improve after the first of the year. Keep everything you've got crossed and I'll do the same for you.
Hugs! and I hope you feel better soon.
I'm heading off for a dose of LorTab cuz my back is still screaming from the muscle spasms that started last night and Tylenol isn't touching it. MUAH!!!
HOME NEEDS TO MEAN........FARTHER NORTH - LIKE TOWARDS DALLAS !! LOL
- Pease check out Dr. Connie Stapleton's Website. A lot of good information on there for all WLS patients regardless of the surgery you chose. Good luck to all and I'm here for you if you want to send me an email. I'll answer it as soon as possible.
