Jumpstart January B2B Friday
I have been pretty good this week eating wise. I did eat some cheese crackers last night off my plan but was on otherwise. I was up one more lbs for 3 in 2 days. I haven't eaten anything to gain wt, so I know it has to do with fluid retention or everything not coming out like it should and I'm not happy about it. I know it will disappear, but I still don't like seeing it!
Plan for today:
lots of liquids (100+ oz.)
protein coffee downed
Click shake
Chef salad for lunch
leftovers probably for dinner: soup or tamales or steak
cottage cheese or protein pudding for snack if needed

sandwich thin with cheese, turkey and ham, tomato and pickle

dinner is - that slippery slope since it's unplanned but I do have some hamburger patties ready in the frig.
I can do this and get back on track because I can do HARD things.

Good Morning!! UGH.....last night.....snack attack hit....cheese and crackers....apple and peanut butter....and the orange chicken and lumpia for dinner didn't help either in the sodium dept.... Thank goodness I drank a lot of water, but my hands are puffy and I just feel bloated all over from water retention. YUCK!!!!!
But, today is a new day and I will begin all over again - NO WAITING FOR MONDAY!!
Breakfast - protein coffee
Snack - South Beach protein bar (if I need it)
Lunch - don't know, going shopping. Will try to get a salad somewhere.
Snack - Another SB protein bar
Dinner - don't know. On way to grocery store today, will cook something easy tonight and will eat protein and veggies.
Snack - baby carrots or apple and peanut butter
LOTS of water all day long!! Hmmmm...think I will take some along in my travel mug. That way I won't be tempted to buy a soda.
Been cooking homemade spaghetti sauce since I woke up and the house smells wonderful.
Plan for today:
Breakfast: NONE
Lunch: date with Clay-Olive Garden salad with Low Cal Italian Dressing and ONE bread stick
Dinner: Homemade spaghetti- more sauce than pasta.
Snack: SF snack bar

RNY revision from lapband 7/30/07...TT/BL 10/9/08 and at GOAL
So today I'm aiming to get in a minimum of 4 bottles of water.
So far, I've stomached a chicken/mushroom and veggie soup from the hospital cafeteria (waiting on hubby while having tests run)...about 6 oz. So proud, the most I've eaten in over a week at one time!
This evening I will either get in some deli meat and cheese, or a protein shake.
I didn't get to post yesterday, but I did great until I got home. I was stressed out for one of my dogs had surgery yesterday, and well the rest is history. I had two of the WW snack bars. Not sure what in the heck is in them., a protein bar, and some dry roasted peanuts. 1/34 of a jar to be exact. They are all gone now, dont have to worry about eating them again.(I don't buy them). I weighed in the a.m. and was down 4.4 pounds, didn't weight today.
Today's plan:
B 2 boiled eggs and a few piecs of cantalope
s: apple
Lunch: homemade chichen with wild rice soup
s: porbably a protein shake
dinner: more homemade soup
s: gosh I hope I don't have one.
Today is one of those "I'm not hungry and food sounds yucky" days. So I just open the ie box and filled in the tracker....

L...maple sausage egg mug

Oh, and I lost another lb.... So, I'm exactly 1 lb from goal and at the lowest weight since high school, 2.5 years after surgery.
