Just so you know, you need to TAKE YOUR VITAMINS & SUPPLEMENTS and make sure you get your daily allotment of PROTEIN.
If you are new to the board, this link explains what the NIGHT WATCHMAN is (if you are interested). Otherwise, just read on, you will probably figure it out anyway.

Still having a bit of gas pains up in my chest and shoulders... but this too shall pass.. just hit the button! I kept telling the nurse that I had to pee and needed out of bed and their response was just pee right there sweetie you have a catheter in. LOL I'm not sure why I didn't think about that.
On a good note... I've taken 2 walks this evening... Becky went with me when she was here after work and Derek and I just got back from another walk.... ok I'm EXHAUSTED!!!
While I'm waiting for the pump to reset to where I can have more I'm gonna watch tv and see how long I cant stay awake lol
Thoughts and prayers out to those in need.
*Strength... it's inside, beside, behind and all around me*
Wet and chilly here today. Yuck. More of the same tomorrow. I took Schnitzel in and man was he ever scared. Poor baby. The vet's daughter called me and said he did just fine. I then said to her, "great...and, you got the Microchip in there too without any problem" (as we wanted that as well). Her daughter said, "uh, no, you marked the "decline" box. I said, "UH, NO...WHY WOULD I HAVE MARKED TO DECLINE IT WHEN I SIGNED THE FINANCIAL AGREEMENT ON THE NEXT PAGE SHOWING THE ITEMIZED PRICES AND THE MICROCHIP WAS THERE!!!" I was so pissed. The vet and her daughter who occasionally works there are fabulous but the receptionist she has those other couple of days is just a witch. I absolutely DETEST her and for me, that's tough to do. When I called the other day to ask who we could call about the dog we found and asked her if she had a phone number to a place, the witch's response, said in THE snottiest of voices, "just go look it up in the phone book"! WHAT?!? I let my vet know that today and she was so embarrased. I told her she'd best get rid of that one before she makes people move on to someone else for vet services. Schnitzel ended up getting the Microchip without any problem as he was still out so she quickly got off the phone with me and did that. She did have me bring her this one collar thing (waaaay better than the "lampshade" device) I got for him and OMG, I felt so bad for him. He just cried when he saw me. I couldn't pick him up but gave him gentle kisses. The vet will go back to the office tonight around 10:30-11pm to go check on him and then we'll get him in the morning. I told her to text me after she checks on him to let me know how he is doing.
Ok, I'd better run. Hubs is hollering at me to go get my feet up. grrr....
I had a terrible day at the office today. I'm not sure what's going to happen, but I'm going to update my resume and start seeing what else is out there just in case.
We had dinner with Maida's husband tonight. He's in town on business. It was good to see him. I miss them a bunch. Because we went out, I didn't take my meds until about an hour ago. I'm not getting much relief tonight for some reason.
I'll be up for a little bit. Prayers for all who need them.
