Jumpstart January B2B Thursday

Boy.  I got the munchies late yesterday afternoon and had a hard time controlling intake.  I did eat some pnut butter, make some decaf sf iced coffee and something else (can't remember) that wasn't on my plan.  I'm glad I didn't have a bag of chips or cookies.  This is really hard sometimes.  The scale was up almost 2 lbs. and hopefully it's water wt. because I didn't eat 4000 too many calories or even close to that!

today's plan:
lots of liquids
protein coffee
click or Atkins shake
chef salad for lunch
no dinner plan...have lots of leftovers in fridge
McDonalds sf vanilla iced coffee

Good morning!!!!!! Yesterday was okay... stayed around 1200 cal for the day.   Water retention though is playing with the scale!!!  Drives me nuts... going to try to add to my water intake today.

I have found that as things get hectic at work I do not post. When I do not post I do not stick with my plan.

Yesterday started out good but as the day progressed I  found my self not drinking any liquids and munching .

So today's plan

Drink plenty of water
B  coffee with protein
S  Protein bar
L tuna salad
S Mango & cheese stick
D grilled stake

Scale was very kind. I saw a new 'since August' low which I appreciate very much at 157.0. I do hope thats motivation to stay on track for this weekend.  Will need to just cook up stuff and be ready. It has really really helped to have those stuffed chicken breasts cooked and hamburger patties already formed and in the freezer. Absolutely makes decision making easier.  I highly recomment it.

I too had the munchies but I just made a date with the jar of peanut butter and trying to slowing savor it.  Seemed to help.

My plan is the same as yesterday except today is my egg breakfast day.  need to get in more water.

WE CAN do hard things!!!

Yum, stuffed chicken breasts.  What do you stuff them with?  I have breasts and asparagus and was thinking of some sort of stuffing or rolling them up.  Is that the same idea?

I stuff them with the money I give Walmart for them! lol 

They are Sams Choice brand stuffed chicken breasts and they have them in the 'premade' foods freezer or cold aisles at Walmart.  Gina gets them too and they have like 9 different flavors.  Some are filled with rice or stuffing, but the ones i get are the

3 cheese and jalepeno
creamy spinach artichoke
pepper jack and swiss - american cheese and bacon
crimini mushrooms and swiss.


They are like 27 grams of protein per breast, there are two to a package and they are $5 for the two. 

Just an fyi, they have to be cooked and not microwaved because they are raw.  I cook up two or three packages at one time and freeze them individually

I highly recomment them!

I do not have a plan.  I am about to cook bacon.  I know I do not want to eat too much today because my soirée is from 5-7.  I will enjoy the food but no .

Good Morning!!

I had a breakthru yesterday after all my moaning and groaning and frustration.  Guessing it was water retention because I made it a point to do two things yesterday.  #1  Drink more water and #2 drink water instead of snacking last night (which was REALLY difficult, I must say). 

Before I went to bed last night I did something I NEVER do.  I stepped on the scale.  It was 156 after being 158 yesterday morning.  This morning it was 154!!  So, I'm claiming ONE POUND LOST since I started getting B2B.  Yesterday was difficult...and I predict today will be even harder.  But, I'm going to do my best to stick with the plan.  I REFUSE to buy new clothes in a larger size and I NEED new clothes!! Gotta lose the weight so I can shop.  Talk about motivation.  :)

Today's plan is:

Water with lemon
B:  Protein coffee
S:  Homemade chicken noodle soup (it's yummy and has lots of chicken)
L:  Protein coffee
S:  salad with some sort of protein added OR tuna salad
D:  Homemade (so I can control what goes in) orange chicken w/little to no rice.
S:  water with lemon instead of food....and if I can't manage that....baby carrots and celery sticks that I will prepare this morning when I'm putting together tonight's dinner.

Also in the plan is to text later if I start to fall off the plan.  Feel free to text me too!!  Love y'all!!!

I ended up with about 1100 calories yesterday, but only 65g of protein.  Way too many carbs.  I did, however, get back into the gym.  I had taken 2 weeks off after I stopped training and while school was out.  I kind of saw it as a "vacation."  Bad idea!  I can't tel you how much better I felt last night after I got home from a 90 minute workout.  I arranged to meet a pal and we worked out together while we got each other caught up on the family and pets.  It was very nice.  Tonight I'm going in for a class and to meet another gym buddy and I'm erally looking forward to it. 

Scale is not being very friendly, but I am constipated.  I know, TMI.  Kathy Bender asked me the other day if I had this trouble with the amount of cheese I eat.  Duh!  I'd NEVER put the 2 together.  Thanks, Bender!  I haven't had cheese in 2 days now.  :)

Well.... I need to make a trip to the grocery store.

I did not make a plan for today, and I'm suffering for it.  I'm really struggling w/ food choices and having a hard time today.
