When I was born, I cried and the world rejoiced. Now i wanna live my life so that when I die, the world cries and I rejoice
I know, I know...but geeeez oh Pete...I was only trying to find the puppy's owner and then run to the SBUX where we usually meet so you KNOW how close that is to my house...literally like what, a 4-5 min drive?!? Needless to say, because there was no damage, just opted to leave that one alone and NOT tell hubs. No need for him to freak out over nuttin'!!!
I was PLANNING on kickin' back in my recliner, using my laptop and just relax after everyone else went to bed but noooo, my laptop decides to get stupid so it's at the shop. My computer guy JUST fixed the girls' puter'.....they had hosed it up with a virus...make that FIVE separate ones. Probably went to a site that was "germy" with its own version of H1N1! My laptop has a hardware issue though. When you open it up the monitor is supposed to "wake up" out of the sleep mode but mine sometimes does, sometimes doesn't. The only way to get it working is to pop the battery out, say a little prayer, pop it back in and hope the monitor works again which it does...until you have to close the lid and back to square one. Sometimes when you open it these horizontal quick flashing lines come across so luckily that did that when he was looking at it so he knows where to start and what the heck it's doing. He didn't think it would be anything major so hoping he calls tomorrow with good news that it won't cost me an arm and a leg to fix!
I promise though - no more driving until he says I can...which is definitely a pain!

Jill, I'm so glad you're feeling well enough to drive. Be careful! And take those pain meds, you poor thing. I'm so glad you got the catheter out!!! And with the dog, at my old house, there were neighbors who's maid would always let their two dogs loose. I caught them and kept them at my house literally a dozen times until their owner came home. I really hope they fired that maid. LOL.
Sandi, good luck! I'm so excited for you!
Steph, I'm so glad for your mom. Hooray!
