How did your Hump Day Eating go?  Mine has been fine so far.

protein coffee
Atkins shake
navy beans and 2/3 chicken breast for lunch
small piece of sf low carb cheesecake for snack
1/2 c popcorn at school
chai latte
will have chicken gumbo for dinner

Calories: 1329
Carbs: 105 (beans and popcorn jacked it up)
Protein 107g
Liquids: 104 oz.

I did pretty good today.

B: 2 pieces string cheese
S. Zone Perfect protein bar
L: 2 oz. hummus and multi-grain pita chips
S: cheese with wheat crackers
D: ramen noodles

I'm so tired of being in pain. I hope this comes to an end soon.

I'm over my usual numbers and going to bed soon.  Not bad, but more than I was hoping for today.  I did do 2 of the high intensity work outs this morning so that is a goal met today.  Woohoo!  Protein is high, carbs are reasonalbe, fiber is a little low and calories are a bit higher than I'd like.  Over all a good day.
