Tuesday Eating...How'd you do?

I did fine so far with eating...haven't eaten dinner yet but will a little later.

Calories: 1500   101 g protein    80 g carbs   too many g fat...probably from a little cheddar on salad and tamales and my dressing at lunch

Ate:
protein coffee
Mcdonalds's sf vanilla iced coffee
Click protein drink w/ 1/2 scoop Zerocarb Isopure Cr. Vanilla
Salad w/ Baked Chicken breast added for lunch
3 small tamales w/ 1/3 c chili and cheddar for dinner...not the best choice but what I had time to do.

This is a rough week work wise and I don't have the time and energy to come home and cook a dinner.  Ben is cooking some.  I grabbed tamales out of the freezer this morning.   I figured it has protein and is not fried!

Today wasn't too bad... but  I would feel more comfortable if I can lose another 3-4lbs as I'm at the top end of my goal range and that makes me a bit nervous!!!  I have no idea how many calories I should eat to just maintain... I know I lose if I can stay close to 1000.... guess I will have to figure it out by trial and error...

Here's my fitday log for today... still need to finish a bottle of water and have the Believe RTD.

I'm kinda jealous yall... I can't even eat. For some reason, I'm very nauseous, and my pouch has a very full sensation. All I've had today is some water , a little bit of ice, and a cup of broth. I'm so mad at my pouch. :-(

my numbers look good but I have snarfed on popcorn with some shredded cheese on it when I got home.  Otherwise this was my total

I did OK today. I'm having a lot of pain, but at least I'm not trying to soothe it with food.

B: 2 string cheese
L: 2 string cheese and a kashi granola bar
S: wheat crackers and cheese
D: 4 oz. chicken parmesan florentine pasta

My liquid intake is a little low. I need to work on that. And, I really miss being able to work out.

I had a pretty good day.  I remembered to weigh this morning--I'm actually up a couple of pounds.  However in the last few weeks I stopped taking my diuretic, so I may be holding onto a little extra water weight.

Breakfast - Protein Shake
Snack - Crustless quiche
Lunch - shrimp and a little bit of baked potato
Snack - Reduced fat crackers w/Laughing Cow cheese
Dinner - 1 slice thin crust low cal pizza

I am doing pretty good with my fluids, but haven't had a chance to exercise yet.  I had to make two unexpected trips out of town.

Oh my days are so busy and long that I don't have time to log my food on workdays.  I forgot to take my protein drink again this morning.  Ended up going to the cafeteria and ordered a waffle, smothered it in syrup, ate 1/2 of it and about 2 hours later had a major blood sugar crash.  BIG MISTAKE. 

Food log:
Breakfast 1/2 waffle with syrup
Snack: 3 deviled egg halves
Lunch: ham/cheese on sandwich thin, pretzels
Snack: Russell Stover SF snack bar
Dinner: Marie Callendar Stuffed pasta dinner (440 calories)
Snack: SF/FF pudding.

So yeah, I made some pretty sucky choices again today.  I NEED to get my head in the game.

Make yourself an emergency stash box that can be kept in the car or in a locker if you have one.  Keep almonds, protein powder, a bar or whatever...you get the idea.  That way on those days where a wrench gets thrown in, you have a back up.
