What's your K-Cup???
Beast like flavorful coffee but not the 'melt the spoon' strong ones. He loves the Caribou coffees, and there's a breakfast blend...I think it's from Timothie's. Emeril has several and my girlfriend who was raised in New Orleans likes his NO blend.
We both like the hot white chocolate.
Go to the website and order some of the sampler packs, that's how Beast finally narrowed it all down to the 3-4 he buys all the time. Have fun testing them!
Down 90lbs and feeling great. I go see Dr. Garth this Thursday and go over all my labs.
Second tell me about this Pam's hot protein Chai Tea mix. I'm in the dark on that one.
I think I will go to there web site and order some of those sampler packs. Do they have the hot white chocolate? Is it sugar free? Do they have sugar free hot chocolate cups?
Oh heck I'm just gonna go look at the web site. I need to register my brewer anyways.
Thank you.
I'm addicted to Pam's chai tea! It's on her website... pamtremble.blogspot.com/2009/02/protein-hot-chai-mix.html, you need to poke around and read her whole site! But here's the recipe....
Protein Hot Chai Mix
6 scoops vanilla protein powder
1.5 cups non-fat powdered milk
3/4 cup instant unsweet tea mix
3/4 cup Splenda
1T. chai spice mix (or use half cinnamon and half ground ginger)
1t. ground cloves
1t. cardamon (original recipe calls for this, but I don't have any, so skipped it)
Mix all dry ingredients in bowl until well blended. Add 1/2 cup of mixture to mug and add either splash of cold milk or water -- stir to create smooth paste (so you don't get lumpy protein powder). Add 8oz ho****er and mix well.
You can top with Light Redi Whip and a sprinkle of chai spice or drink it naked. (The drink is naked, not you.)
Recipe makes 7 half-cup servings. Calculation below is without the "splash of milk" when you're mixing the tea. If you use RediWhip -- it adds about 20 calories.

Be sure and run it through a recipe builder using your brand of protein. Using mine dropped it down to 104 cal. It's great just plain by itself. To change it up a bit I add SF syrups....Amaretto, Chai Tea concentrate, French Vanilla....and use various teas as the hot 'water'. I've come up with some great combinations as well as some stinkers! LOL!
Yes, Keurig's website has everything! I didn't find any sugar free stuff but the white chocolate was 90 cal. and I don't remember the exact sugars but they were under 10 or I wouldn't have tried it!
Gosh I can not wait to try some of these flavors.
Chai Latte is one of my favs. For coffee I like Rainforest Espresso and Donut Shop. We found Dark Hot Chocolte at BB & B the other day and my son says it's good. I think it's only 60 calories. I've never found a sf hot choc. K-cup.
I buy from vitacost.com ($4.99 shipping for however much you order. They have click, Nectar Cappucino protein and other vits/supplements)
also from coffeecow.com and shoffee.com

Thank you all so much for all the info.
I my Keurig!!!!!! I like Diedrich (sp?) French roast and Emeril's Dark Roast Intense. I buy most of my cups on eBay with NO shipping. The seller is Clara Belle I believe. I bought 50 cups for $25 the last time. She has so many selections and you can get on her email newsletter.
Enjoy yourself and your coffee, tea, etc!
