BTB Monday night check-in
I didn't do so good but it could have been worse. I got off my vitamin schedule today so I'm having to sit up an extra couple of hours to get in my iron and Vit C. I didn't get in all my water again today, still working on that. That 2oz cheesecake greek yogurt in the fridge called out to me once too often and that put me over my calories. I think I'm going to give up the oatmeal for breakfast. I like the warmth but cottage cheese is more filling to me and not nearly as many carbs, I'd rather have the protein. Maybe I'll try to warm it up! I also want to find the turkey meatballs, the beef ones have alot of fat in them.
Pre-B....1/2 serving chai tea
B....low sugar oatmeal with about a tablespoon of craisins
L....homemade beef veggie soup
S.....string cheese
D....meatballs, sauce and provolone cheese
LNS....chai tea
LNS2....2oz cheesecake Oikos yogurt w/cherry topping

I did fine yesterday. I logged last night and had about 1300 calories, 110 g. protein, but 120 g carbs which was too much...believe it or not they didn't come from the cornbread but little bits and pieces in what I ate! It's been a week and I'm hanging in there.
