BTB Monday night check-in
I had a REALLY hard day at work today and found myself snacking at every turn. I haven't had time to log my food but here's what I ate. The choices were MOSTLY good but I felt like I was eating all day.
Breakfast: protein drink, 2 saltine crackers
Snack: one handful of caramel popcorn
Lunch: ham/turkey/provalone on a sandwich thin
Snack: Strawberries (fresh)
Snack: SF/FF pudding
Dinner: 3 oz lean roast beef, 1 cup lightly dressed coleslaw with LF dressing

I logged on daily plate and I am at about 1200 calories, 90 protein and 60 carbs.
I need to update it here.
Still hate feeling 'sluggish' and i'm not sure how to deal with that every day.
But it was a much better day than yesterday.

Logged my food today, got my fluids in and all but one dose of calcium (I'm doing 4 per day). No work out though, serious gas/back cramps detered me. It will be better tomorrow so I'll do one workout early before work for sure.
Good numbers for me today - 1572 cal, 89 net carb, 33 fiber, 145 protein.
Just finished up with part of an apple and heading off to bed.

L: tomato soup with 5 saltines
S: kashi granola bar
D: 3 oz. pork chop and rice-a-roni
I'm happy with it.

I hate feeling like I can't breathe because of these scabs in my throat. It's miserable!!!
Water today, half a container of wendy's chili... small bowl of cereal... I need liquids with my food right now to pu**** down my throat... still hard to eat. :-(
