Surgery Weight: 260
Last week:  149.0
Today's Weight: 143.8

Loss for the week:  5.2 lbs

I know this is a fluke, but it looks good.  I've hovered around 145 all week so that's probably closer to the truth.  But even THAT is an improvement over the last few weeks.  Could it be because I wasn't at the deer lease eating
J-U-N-K all weekend and sitting for hours on end?  I'm a guessing so!

HOLY CRAP!!! It may be just the extra sodium and junk eating (as you call it) that you were doing at the lease.  I'll be really curious how you do this week and your weight looks next Monday. But just in case it wasn't a fluke  -- WooHoo and Congrats! Well Done It's still good to be even close to where you are now isn't it?  That's what I really look at everytime I weigh, not the actual number, but how far away it is from where I was in June of 2008.

Last week:  152

Today:  152

Loss for the week:   0

Total loss:  -111

Not happy with 152, but it's better than another gain.  I probably need to lay off the peanut butter and the fruit, both of which I snack on all day long.  I need to quit the grazing and restrict myself more to specific meals and snacks.

You didn't have a gain, so that's a VERY good thing; but yeah, you're probably right to call a stop to the grazing, esp. on items that are so high in sugar (even if it is natural sugar). I just need for this horrible COLD weather to go away so I can get back to normal (whatever THAT is). I'm sick of being stuck in the house freezing and getting up only to go to the kitchen for something else to drink or stuff in my face.  Hang in there and I bet you'll do better this next week in spite of yourself.

I maintained this week!!  Yipee!!  I've been working hard to not lose anymore.  My face looks way too thin and saggy now.  I need to start saving for a face lift!!

PS I posted new post-op pics of my arms, if anyone is interested in seeing them.  I absolutely LOVE them!!  When they heal, I may never wear shirts with sleeves again!!

This is a very good thing...now to just hold it!  Maybe if you put back the 5lbs you are under goal would help?  Yes?

I really want to get rid of the "turkey waddle" I have found.  I wonder if any of the neck firming creams actually work...do you know anyone who has actually used one of them with success???  I may have to start researching this.

Now I've got to go look at your skinny ass and those "wingless" arms of yours!

Yes, I have the yucky turkey waddle, too.  Bleh!!!  Oh, well.  I can only afford to fix one body part at a time.  I told a friend of mine recently that by the time I'm 50 (and all my plastic surgeries are behind me), I'm going to be HOT!!  lol

I have not done the Monday weigh in thread in ages.  I was staying steady for so long.  But right now I need some accountability.  So, here I am with my head hanging down.  I had been stable between 210 adn 215 for so long, I thought my scale was stuck.  But it isn't now.

Highest weight: 360
Surgery weight: 335 or so
Weight last week: 227
Today's Weight: 228.5
Weight Gain/Loss for the week: +1.5 lbs

Total weight loss: 131.5 lbs

I feel better now.  Hopefully will feel even better next week.

GOD BLESS AMERICA!!!!!

That's what we're here for, Mr. George!  Accountability...mostly cuz I need it every day if I am going to maintain my weight loss.  I'm now 18 months out and the honeymoon is over.  If this is what I have to do to keep my weight off, then so be it!  I'll do what ever I have to do!  Glad to see you come by and visit and I hope that this thread helps.

Hugs, Mari
