Monday Morning Weigh In
Folks, I am so sick of this cold weather...I mean REALLY--enough is enough. It's 13 again this morning, but I hope that it's the last one for a little while. I'm tired of wearing 3 layers of clothes and then piling 2 blankeys ontop of that just to stay warm in my own living room. I didn't even want to crawl out of the bed this morning and into the shower. Cuz I knew that I had to wash the hair, I'm sitting here shivering as I type.
OK so I am getting up and at'em, cuz it's a new day and new week. Let's see...am I ready for the day??

Weight last week: 143.6
Today's Weight: 143.3
Weight Gain/Loss for the week: -0.3lbs
Total weight loss: 108.7
Ok... I'll play today but I'm arguing with my stats.... During pre-op on Friday the scale said 197 but that morning (1hr earlier) the scale at home said 194 (which is usually on track with my PCP so I go by that one) This morning it said 190 so I honestly have NO CLUE!!! LOL
I do however have a goal that while I'm off work for these next 2 weeks that I get some major walking in... yes with supervision George!!!!

Pre-op: 345 (366 highest BMI 60.9) BMI-57.4
Surgery date: 331 BMI-55.1
Current:189-192 (depends on the day lol) BMI-31.4-31.9
Goal: 180 BMI-30
Overall loss: 177 lbs!!! YAY ME!
Today's current (per my scale) is 190
Is there a way to calibrate your digital scale? LOL This is crazzzzzzzzzzzy!!!
I do however have a goal that while I'm off work for these next 2 weeks that I get some major walking in... yes with supervision George!!!!

Good morning everyone. The HAG had its last word and as usual - I deserve the biotching....
Danni's post yesterday really made me think..............I AM NOT READY to settle for the fact that I'm done.......I'm not happy with there I'm at.......if I can get back down to 199 where I once was.....then maybe I'll settle in for that......but I still don't like it...............My life is still revolving around WLS and will be for a while..........because besides HOME and WORK YOU ALL ARE MY LIFE !! LOL.............
Here are my weekly stats - such as they are..
Highest weight: 350
Consult Weight: 338 (this is what my surgeon & I are measuring from)
Surgery weight: 318
Weight last week: 210
Today's Weight: 213
Weight Gain/Loss for the week: +3
Total weight loss: only 125...but I'll take it cuz I remember where I was before.......:)

- As of 11-10-13 I have had weight gain. Not happy about that.

ONLY 125 lbs??? It's pretty amazing any way you look at it -- I know I feel that way about my "lil" 108lbs when I am not happy with the way the scale is talking back to me. You're going to get it back on track Phyllis, all you need to do is apply yourself and really watch the "bad" stuff that you are eating. I'm the same way, I slapped my own hand when I reached across the table to snitch a couple of Cheetos today. Then I reached, instead, for my protein bar. Tonight, I came home and prepared nothing but protein for dinner.

Alright.... time to get serious as this is my second week in a row with a slight gain and I DO NOT like the trend! It has been cold as hell in Houston, too and I think being cooped up and cold has led to more snacking than usual. Back on track this morning with my cottage cheese and protein coffee. Got lots of protein snacks at my desk and plan on a protein shake this afternoon also.
