Jumpstart January B2B Monday

Another week here...hard to believe that by Friday we will be halfway through January already!

My plan for today:
lots of liquids (100+ oz.)
protein coffee downed already
chicken broth
click drink or Atkins shake
Beef/Veg/barley soup and small piece of cornbread for lunch
steak and navy beans for dinner

Okay this a new week... a new day!!!  Not happy with this past week so I need to make some changes and keep the mindless snacking monster at bay!!!!!

Hi Karla & TMB!

I am really shooting for lots of water today and limit my carbs and low sodium  for the next few days.  My cheeks are sitting pretty high this morning from all the liquid calories.

People are so worried about what they eat between Christmas and the New Year, but they really should be worried about what they eat between the New Year and Christmas. ~Author Unknown

Holding steady at 250 today, so that must really be my weight.  Phew!!  Ok, partial plan for the day since I'm not sure how long we'll be at the hospital.

Protein coffee
Fiber plus bar & 2 mozzarella sticks
Lunch - not sure
Cottage cheese w/ salsa
Bean & ham soup

I'll do a workout tonight when we get home to get some movement in.

Plan for a good day!!

Good Morning!!

I've got my coffee in hand. 

Going to have some yogurt for breakfast.  For lunch, well I am taking a few sticks of jerky with me.   That's as far as I can go for now.   Not sure if the school has water in it's vending machines so I will have to do a assess the surroundings LOL

My plan is to undo the rest of the damage from yesterday. Being sick from the food kinda helped for the most part.  Enough said.

So I am down 4.2 for the first week, not bad.  Time to keep it going but slow and steady is the better way I think.

Breakfast - special k protein cereal and low carb yogurt

lunch - chicken salad with pecans, apples and tomato
on sandwich thin

snack - 2 string cheese

dinner - this is what gets me - I will take out a couple hamburger patties to be prepared.

I have 2 20oz refillable bottles I take to work. I plan to fill them both at least twice.

GOOD MORNING EVERYONE !! 

Not happy with myself....and I really need to do and ACT on things.........JUST DO IT !!  I KNOW  - I KNOW....

Here is my plan:  Foods that I have with me and as long as I don't fall off OUT of the lunch box - I think that that plan...........is good............

The Vitamin regime has to get started again........my bones have been hurting and I think that is why..............
B:  Atkins Shake........Already down...........
     Coffee:  This has to go.......will allow myself coffee until about 10 and then its green tea / water.

S:  Not sure if I need thisyet.......will see if I'm hungry about 10.........if not......no snacking........
if so - cottage cheese w/cinnamon and splenda ??     or maybe  a few pieces of an apple & pb...
 
Lunch:  11ish......11:30..........Turkey - laughing cow cheese..........or cottage cheese.....

Sn:  Applesauce ?  or left over apple & PB - if needed

Dinner: Turkey or ham & cheese..........mont jack & colby cheese roll-ups...(between jobs)

Sn:  ATkins shake  if needed (probably around 8-9 when I think that I have to be grabbing something at work.........( I usually still at 2nd job****il about 11 or later......particularily on MOndays...............

I feel that if I stay with what I brought and don't go out or reach for the vending machine crap........that I have still stayed on track...........and this is good for me............

Down .6 for the week.  Was hoping for a little more, but I'll take it.

Pouch is not so grumpy the last day or so.  Hopefully that little spell is over cause I did not like that feeling at all.

Today's plan...

italian chicken, spinach, artichokes

I'm so out of the habit that I totally forgot to weigh this morning! 

My plan for today:

60 oz liquids
Exercise this evening
Vitamins already in.

Breakfast - Protein shake
Morning Snack - Homemade quiche (without the crust)
Lunch - Vegetable beef soup
Afternoon Snack - Protein bar
Dinner - Vegetable beef soup
"Dessert" - 2 Dove dark chocolate promises

Good Morning everyone,

Wow what a weekend.  Major water leak.  Not good at all.  Water coming from inbetween foundation and bricks.  No water is not fun.
 
Had a great weekend.  Went to gym on Saturday and did well with food and water and vitamins.

Todays plan:
Already been to gym
Liquids 100+
vitamins going down
Jimmy dean turkey sausage and egg whites for Breakfast
Lean pork and Beg for lunch
Protein Shake
1 sm orange
No sure about dinner with no water at home. 
Hopefully this gets repaired today
