Good morning. I will be off to SS and church later in the morning. Enjoying my liquids, the TV news, internet and my local newspaper this morning. I'm also enjoying running water this morning thank heavens. I prefer not to have to pay the plumber another near $200 again any time soon. Planning on chilling at home this afternoon. I got my bedroom finished and the house cleaned yesterday.

Good morning my OH family

life is good today - one of my bff is coming late tonight with her hubby and kiddos and will be here till middle of the day tomorrow - her oldest is also K's bff LOL - we have hopes for our little girls - Kaydee and Rach are less than 6 weeks apart in age and about the age now that the boys were when they met

got all 3 kids room's cleaned out and decluttered some yesterday - proud of my boys they are learning to NOT keep everything they ever owned. Harder on the teen due to some past issues but he is STARTING to get the idea LOL

have my vits and meds all in their little boxes - should do something about a menu for the week - that will help my journey. I'm in a holding pattern and ok with that - plan a seperate post on that latter.

hope everyone has a wonderful day - I chose to be happy and not stress to much today

I'm going to go back to focusing on getting in my protein and going to the gym to walk. I had my butt kicked by a sinus infection last week that made my already low hunger level even lower.
