I realized when I dropped Emm off at sunday school that I was indeed very hungry. Made a quick run into HEB for the last few things I missed and back to the car to see that Emm left the last piece of pizza she was scarfing down for breakfast. Well that dude was devoured.
Invited out with some friends for lunch - Ryans - all you can eat buffet. Lord, I haven't been there in 10 years and I know why. Food everywhere and nothing healthy. Course I pigged, but no dessert if that's any consolation.
So this afternoon I have cooked stuff and i'm making 'no excuses' food. Putting together chicken salad with the baked chicken. Finished up the broccoli slaw and will have more breakfast stuff ready.
I might have blown all the progress I made last week. CRAP

Or rather, the choices that I make at Mimi's are not good for me. So I had a plan to get their chicken and fruit salad and have one slice of carrot bread. In reality what happened is I got their Mardi Gras Omlete (all meat & cheese) made with egg beaters and tomato slices. Those were the good choices. The not good choice was the carrot and raisin muffin I ate along with it! Grrrr, no more Mimi's muffins for me. Now I need to be ultra creative and good tonight to keep my carb count within acceptable limits.
I can do this!! And next time I go to Mimi's I'm telling them no more muffins!!

I didn't log my food today because I couldn't. We went to BOTH Sam's and Central Market where I "one-bited" my way through the store. How do you log 10-12 different one-bites?
Anyway...my MEALS were
Breakfast: 3/4 of a 2 egg omelet made with cheddar cheese and canadian bacon
Lunch: the "one bites"
Dinner: Beef Fajita meat/cheese in a bowl, pretzel crisps (1 serving)
Snack: Cinnamon bun SF Russell Stover snack bar (100 calories) and one serving of LF trash mix.
Several glasses of water, 2 Route 44 Diet Cokes and all my vitamins.
Tomorrow will be more organized and focused.

I went to the ER again today because the pain in my rib/pec was so bad. I have a pulled intercostal muscle which is a respiratory muscle. So, no workout that raise my heart rate for 3 weeks. I'll still plan to get some walks in, but I can't do anything very high impact until I'm healed. Right now, I'm completely stoned out on vicoprofen. At least I tried it tonight instead of taking it when I have to be somewhere. There is no way I could drive, work or be functional on it.
B: 1.5 oz. of tortilla chips (left over from the Cowboys viewing party we attended last night)
L: string cheese and toasted mini bagel with butter
S: kashi granola bar
D: grilled cheese sandwich and tomato soup
253 / 140 (below goal)
If I were lying, wouldn't my pants be on fire?!?
