Saturday B2B Wrap up for the Day

Boy...this day started about 7 am and had flown by.  I figured I'd be tempted to eat but stayed so busy I haven't had time to sit around and think about it. 

I went to Walmart, the pharmacy, my mom's house, back home, ironed new curtains and put up, did laundry and cleaned the house and did the dishes. 

Here's my totals including what I'll eat for dinner and a snack later:
calories: 1210    carbs: 52 g       protein: 88 g
I've had about 80 oz. non-caffeine liquids so far plus 2 c coffee

protein is a little low but is okay.

How's everyone doing today?

I did well most of the day, then I had Chinese food whi*****luded an eggroll but it was good.  I think I'll call it a night on food I'm still full.

I will be cooking things up tomorrow for food for the week.  I'm going to look up some of eggfaces recipes there are a few I want to try and I'm going to make the eggbites for breakfast.  I need to make better choices early in the day which hopefully will make the rest better.

Well i had a plan for today but then went running around with mom and we ended up eating lunch out so kinda blew my plan. however, here we go

B - boiled egg, 2 pieces turkey bacon
l-, 5 chips w queso, 3 bean/cheese nachos w/out chips.
s - one slice brisket

ut oh.. im thinking thats prolly not enough for today???? CRAP! im either wayyyyyyyy too much or not enough! damn!

ok also had ONE diet dr P and 80+ water, and ONE cuppa coffee.

ok just did daily plate and im way behind....

Go eat or drink a shake.  Let me go see how much damage I did.  I'll come back and let you chew my butt out.

Ok here it is, damn my protein is low.  I'll probably eat some yogurt or a shake later.  I think this is it, I didn't log till just know.  I probably drank more coffee than that too but again I didn't measure.

OK, guys, let the butt chewing begin...I had NO IDEA that a Club Sandwich from Jason's Deli had 854 calories in it!!  For God's sake it didn't even have mayo on it. I ate 1/2 for lunch and half for dinner and when I went to log my food I almost died.  And that doesn't even include the potato chips and frozen yogurt I had with it.  YIKES!!  Needless to say, I'm well over 1500 calories and I still have a whole Cowboy game to get through.  We always tell people to break a stall, shake things up and do something different-well that should do it, lol.

Tomorrow will be better-I promise.  Funny thing is, we went to Sam's to buy fajita meat for dinner and completely forgot it.  So we'll be going back tomorrow for some.  We did buy the pre-cooked Mesquite grilled chicken breasts that come frozen and ready to microwave.  They're 170 calories each and pure protein.  A great choice to take to work for solid protein.

Wow I wouldn't of put the club at that many calories either.  But hey it was two meals so don't look at it as totally out of wack. 

I'm going to cook food up tomorrow and start logging again.  I was looking and the last time I logged was September (for a few days) then before that it was April so almost a year since I've faithfully logged.

Hey all - Not a bad day here.  I had 3 cookies at different apartment complexes, Damn you Otis *****meyer!  But I logged them and I'm still on track.

My legs officially HATE that stupid pilates work out.  I'm keeping at it though because I know eventually it will get easier.  The scale is still being a pain in the butt, but I will continue on despite that!  OK, yes I am doing positive talk here, otherwise I'd get discouraged and I'm not going to let that happen.

My day was actually the best I have had in several weeks....  Went to a lapband support group at Starbucks this morning and I am so glad I went!!!!!  Then I went to Macy's to use a gift card and bought a hot little black dress.... probably will never have anyplace to where it but it will look awfully cute in my closet.... then I found $20 (no one around to return it to so in a way I donated it ) went to Goodwill and spent it on 2 size 6 pair of jeans and a denim skirt!!!

Ending the day at 858 cal. 33g protein and 67oz of fluid............ low on all accounts but it's better then being on the high end!!!  May still end up having a protein drink later as I haven't had one yet.... that would make my total for the day 1078/65/81oz.   Which would put me more where I like to be daily...

Did some cooking today and will fini**** up tomorrow... hoping that having my lunches planned out will help get me back on track.
