Jumpstart January B2B Sunday
Gina...hope you get to feeling better. I order my Click from vitacost.com along with Nectar Cappucino. They have a lower price and only 4.99 for shipping no matter how much you order. I get some of my vits and supplements from there too. I love the Click. since you just add water, it's easy to put 2 scoops in a snack size ziploc bag and take to work because you just have to add water.

Okay, I know it's a little late but I'm finally joining in. I have been putting off setting my goals, but I think I'm ready. I've never been good at making and keeping up with goals but I'm going to take a stab at it. Here are my goals:
1. Take my vitamins every day. (Big weakness for me.)
2. Exercise 3 times per week. (Big step for me since I NEVER exercise.)
3. 90 grams of protein per day. (I've actuallly been pretty good at this.)
4. 60 oz water per day. (Another big weakness.)
5. 1200 calories per day. (I haven't been tracking this at all.)
Nothing to report for this weekend because I'm starting on all this tomorrow.
I'm glad to see what everyone is doing. It really helps give me ideas.

Still trying to recover from my tonsillectomy, so the nutrition hasn't been that great...haven't consumed much of anything. With the 6 nasty liquid prescriptions I'm on, I was very proud to choke down my vits yesterday. Go me!
I need to take my multis for today... So far today I've had sf choc jello pudding, water and more water, a few bites of an omelette with cheese and tomato, and some chicken noodle soup. I'm thinking protein shake for dinner.
