Okay gals...(& no guy flaming...haven't seen one man post yet).  I did great especially for being home almost all day yesterday.  I weighed and was down another 1.2 lbs. today.  Just think if I added exercise what it would be!  I have lost a total of 5.2 lbs. since Tuesday.  My tool always works if I use it correctly.

Today's plan:
lots of liquids as usual...around 100-120 oz. or more.  I work really hard beginning when I get up to get this in.  It's a chore sometimes.

protein coffee already downed
Click shake
Beef/veg/barley soup for lunch unless I get a better offer
lf sf cheesecake for snack
steak and navy beans for dinner or chicken gumbo...will let Ben pick

what's your plan for the day?

We CAN do this!  Keep track of your totals...it's sure eye-opening!

Karla

Good morning!!  Went shopping  yesterday and bought a cute little black dress (which I have to take back because I grabbed a petite and it's tooooooooooo short) and then went to Goodwill and bought 2 pair of jeans and a denim skirt all in a size 6!!!  Now if I could just get the scale to cooperate... it's up about 4lbs from where I would like it to be.  I think some of it is due to swelling... it seems like my tummy swelling is worse now then when I had surgery!!  I don't know if going back to work has something to do with that or not.

Yesterday I made Wendy's Chili, Green Chile Chicken Chili and today I am making chicken taco soup.... so this should take care of my lunches for awhile!!!!!

Plan:
B:click protein drink
S: believe RTD
L: taco soup
S: Inspire protein drink
D: fish/veggie

All your good stuff sounds yummy.  I have a recipe a co-worker gave me for white bean chicken chili I need to make.  I'm freezing a bunch of beef-veg-barley soup today and cooking a pot of navy beans.

morning ladies,

Let me edit this with a better update.  Got on the scale a bit too soon.  Now it says i'm down to 157.8 which means -.6 from yesterday and a heckuva lot better for me than the 167 something I saw over Christmas at Moms. Not sure exactly what I was on Monday and I normally write it down, but not this time. I know it was right at 162.8.

Plan for today is to cook some more.  I made a salad with the broccoli slaw and has bits of bacon and sunflower seeds and will pick a small small can of corn to add.  Supposed to add onion, but I don't do onion.  I also baked a chicken last night, so I will pick that apart and work with that for today and some this week.

I will see about getting back on The daily plate on this computer. I had it bookmarked on the other and it was a great reminder to use.  I am curious to see what kind of calories and protein I am getting in.

We CAN do hard things.  This round is much slower than before, but maybe that means it will stick.  If I never see the 60's again, I will have accomplished a major feat!

Ok I have a plan today, and I will execute it!  My scale is back down to 250 (from 254 yesterday, ugh), so maybe in the next few days it will go under 250 again.

Protein coffee
Fiber plus bar
Mimi's Chicken, fruit & baby greens salad
1 slice of Mimi's carrot, raisin bread
Cottage cheese w/ salsa
2 mozzarella sticks
Beans & Ham soup

It's going to be a great day!

Yesterday was BAD.  Once I discovered that my sandwich was 854 calories, I just reverted back to the mindset of the day is lost and continued to eat everything I wanted.  I KNOW better and I hate it when that "stinkin thinkin" gets me off track.

Oh well TODAY is a new day and from here I will move forward.

Breakfast: omelet with canadian bacon and cheese
Lunch:  protein drink
Dinner: beef fajitas in a bowl (no tortilla)

Already starting on my water and will go get my vitamins right now...

Yesterday was a bad day. I now know what small pouch days mean! I started out with some yummy WARM low sugar oatmeal, Pouchy loves to start the day with something warm. We went grocery shopping, and was starving when we got home. I thought a quick PB&J sandwich thin fold over would taste good. I toasted the bread, a T of smooth PB and some great black cherry NSA preserves. The first 2-3 bites tasted great! Then that fist hit me right in the middle! I didn't think I had eaten too fast but apparently I had. The rest of the day I couldn't eat more than a few bites of anything. I made some delicious stew and had less then 1/4 cup of it. I even tried later on last night and still could only tolerate a couple of bites! I didn't even try to log what I ate last night. It was sort of a through in the pot recipe so I don't have a clue about the stats but the total for the whole day was less than 1 regular meal so I'm not going to worry about it!

So this morning I'm back to my cottage cheese for breakfast, I think maybe some Unjury chicken soup for lunch and we'll see how things go for supper.

Good afternoon girlys...MORNING already goy away from me. Was supposed to work 8am-8pm today, and had "food bag" all packed, but pt died during the night, and they didn't have anyone else to assign me to..and my food bag is still in the fridge. I'm all stopped and can't smell, etc, so I don't want to "waste" good food..lol..

I'm sticking to liquids so far today..between blowing my nose and coughing, liquids seem to stay down okay..can't TASTE them anyway!!

B: Coffee with Any Whey Protein

S: Had my "free sample" Click...WHERE DO Y'ALL ORDER YOUR CLICK?

L: Homemade chili AKA HB meat and beans

S: Protein shake-have samples I need to use up

D: Either  another shake or some thin sliced turkey

Really having to fight the fluids down today...usually not a problem...guess the sinus crap has my throat swollen....About to crank up the Keurig for some peppermint tea-should have thought of that HOURS ago!!!!

Thanks to all of you for sharing your "stuff". I get so many great ideas...and I always know I'm not ALONE !!

Thanks, PAIGE. I've been wanting to get some Click ever since I tried when we went to KARLA's, but I had some other stuff I needed to "use up" first.
