Snugglel Saturday WLS Express

hey yall,
ok so i missed the 'morning' train. Slow down a bit michelle so i can hop on anyway! Been up forever of course, just now getting to the pc at moms! Doing well here, Just freezin my big white butt off! (unfortunately i still have lots left!).  Did end up at the dentist on friday, turns out just a gum infection!. WOOT!!! so im still cavity free!!!  We discussed the RNY and he said my toofers were in tip top shape and i was all good to go! i was sooooo happy to hear that. i do have to pop in monday for a cleaning before i head back. (ick) However, he started quizzing me on;
1. you having headaches again? yes
2. mostly in your neck? yes
3. cant sleep? yes
4. if you go to sleep you wake up a lot and cant go back to sleep? uhh yes
5. You wake up stiff and sore everywhere like you slept on rocks?? uhh YEs!

well whatcha know.. the TMJ monster seems to have me. so i got fitted for a night guard coz it seems i grind my teeth in my sleep something fierce and clench my entire body up. Hmm who knew? however, not a whole lot to be done about it other than Valium at night lol.  anyway, have some options to look into so will be researching that.  Nice to know im not totally crazy tho.. i said TOTALLY!
Que  reports my 'children' are havnig way fun in the 13 degree weather there today. i left them since it was such a quick trip this time and i knew they would love the cold up there!

ALissa - sorry about your ear/sinus thing!!!! thats some misery for sure!!
Gina - i had NO idea our tracey was handy as a plumber!!!

Of course I will slow down for you but I can't gaurentee because it is so late in the day you wont end up back here in Dover with me!  I might just have to kidnap you for a few days!  Ok I am going back o snuggeling with my boy and watching Over the Hedge.  Love you!

For sure you need some warm cloths!  I would love nothing more then to have you here with me for a few days and if I could I WOULD kidnap you!!!!

I grind my teeth too, sometimes during the day also.  I have the neck ache, headache thing just about every morning lately unless I take Lunesta to sleep.

I probably grind during the day as well knowing me.  Its bad when they have to sand your teeth to 'reshape' them coz you have ground them too much!

Lizzie poo...hope the real night guard helps...I bet it will!  I'd get you to come with your blow torch but the plumbers beat you to it!
