Good Morning My WLS Family,

Burrr its cold outside only 21.  Will probably not venture out today.  Tim and Jon got here last night about 8:30 or so.  Needless to say we did not do dinner and cake last night but we will tonight for sure.  Actually will do a mid afternoon thing so we can watch the Dallas Game tonight.  Tim is one of the biggest Dallas fan I know.  We went and got snacks for the game so everyone will be happy.  They are going to the Mall sometime today.  I am going to my baby at home with me.  My idea of snuggling is grabbing Jon sitting in my big comfy chair and watching a movie.  He loves to do that.  Last night when they got here he wanted to watch Madagascar (the lion movie Grandma).  I love to hear him laugh and he does through the whole movie!  Ok guess that is all for now.  Coffee tastes particularly good this morning so think I am going to kick back enjoy it and watch the news while I can before everyone else gets up.  Prayers for all those in need this morning.  Special ones for Meggie and Ken and Eric and Jenny.  Have a blessed day.  Love you guys

Good morning. Glad you got us started. I'm not able to snuggle in bed because I can't lay flat! I thought it was just a cold but yesterday my whole right side of my head/face was hot to the touch and my head really hurt on that side. In fact I was walking around work with only my left eye open because it felt better that way but freaked the folks out. So I decided to call doc and got an appt with the after hours clinic. Turns out I have an ear and sinus infection. Glad I went! I have been coughing for a few days now and when I lay down in bed my head starts to hurt and I start coughing. I got some antibiotic and Mucinex DM and I'm sure I'll be fine.

We are vehicle shopping today. Bryan and I looked at and test drove a Chevy Traverse and Avalanche so for. Today we'll look at the Edge-we've already test driven one but it was a while back. Bryan has done all the research. Once he gets his truck working hopefully we'll get it to the dealership and get him a new one.

Steph- how is your blood sugar? What does the doc say about these? Would eating protein before bed help the night one I wonder?
Tawyna- I hope today is a better day for you. I'm sure it will be out at the lease.
Laura- glad you got the tax thing worked out.

We seriously thought about getting a Traverse.  In fact it was a toss up between that and my Hoday Oddesy...Have you tried the Ford Flex?  You should see about test driving one.  I really liked it and it has a ton of room.  Have fun today and stay nice and warm.  Dont want you any sicker then you already are!

We don't like the outside look of the Flex but its really Bryan's decision. Its his car. And like Mark he's a researcher so I know he'll make the best decision.

Good morning.  It's a nice cold 24 degrees here.  I woke up to no cold water on the bedroom/bath end of the house.  Years ago we had the pipes re-routed due to a leak in the slab pipes.  The ho****er was re-re-routed in the attic.  The cold water was re-routed on the outside of the house.  I had wrapped the outside pipes a few weeks ago.  Apparently something slid down and I didn't re-check it and 2-3 inches of pvc was exposed.  Guess I'll be trying the blow dryer thaw method I read about on the internet and I'll pray there is no busted pipe.

I have to clean house today and run to Walmart and the pharmacy in a bit.  Limo's new bed was shipped to Wally World and I have to get it and go pick up Ben's Accutane prescription.

KARLA-you impressed me SO much, on SO many levels!! I can see you out there, with that blow dryer! I wish we lived closer-I'd bring TRACEY over to help you-she's quite a lil plumber too. Her specialty is toliets, but I bet she could help blow dry a pipe too!!

Have you posted pics of new bedroom stuff? If you did, I missed them. After you replace Limo's camo bed today..lol...would you share some pics with us? I thought you whole house was gorgeous BEFORE!

Awww...thanks Gina...about the time I got home and told Ben to plug in the heavy extension cord and get the blow dryer the outside pipe thawed and had water pouring out everywhere!

Gee...it was such a cheap fix...only 4178.50...dang!  I wrote the check and said "thank you".  I guess I paid double because of it being a weekend cold and being freezing.  I'll see what the plumber buys new at his house...I go past it going to my sister's house since it's the first one in the subdivision...new boat, new truck, new vehicle for his wife...new toy for the kid...or maybe a new ATV!

I'll add a couple more pics later today when I get the mess cleaned up.  Poor limo doesn't know where he should sleep: new rugs in the bedroom or his new bed.

No snuggling here.  I'm here and GF is in ATL.  Will keep throwing wood on the fire and working on my TCLEOSE hours on line.
