Jumpstart January B2B Saturday
Okay...here we are at one of the tough times: a weekend at home...hang in there and put down those carbs! Think of how you'll look in those skinny jeans or at an event in the future if you do put the carbs down.
today's plan for me:
lots of liquids...had 144 oz. yesterday
protein coffee...almost downed
Click drink
low sugar dk. hot choc. in Keurig if I have calories left
sf apple cider
decaf coffee w/ splenda and creamer
beef/barley/veg soup for lunch
hmb. patty and veggie for dinner
what's your plan for today?

Protein coffee
Fiber plus bar
Ham & low fat Swiss roll ups
Chick-fil-a nuggets & small fruit cup
Cottage cheese w/ salsa
Bean & Ham soup
These are the days that I need the most practice and determination. When I'm away from home and eating out I tend to let myself stray from my plan, and to get to where I want to be I need to stick with it more often than not.

Scale is nice again and i'm down .6. I'll take it. Finally seeing some numbers I haven't seen since our big challenge in August.
Karla,
Emm loved the soup but agreed it needed more seasoning. Will crank that up more next time.
My plan is uhhhhhh -
Lunch is the leftover hamburger that I had last night. It was really good.
I will be making a run to the grocery for more goods for next week for sure.
I wondered if we could do some recommendations again and see how that goes over. We did it before and it seemed to be helpful.
for instance. I recommend
The Sara Lee sandwich thins
Special K protein plus cereal
Dannon light and fit low carb yogurt. - cant find the other one from Walmart. (My walmart sucks)
Anyone else?

forgiveness is giving up the hope that the past could be any different
I recommend the SF Russell Stover snack bars...100 calories of yummy chocolately goodness. The problem is finding them. I've only found them at the factory outlet.
My Walmart doesn't carry the Blue Bunny NSA yogurt anymore either. "Mr Atkins" was looking for it yesterday. If you can find it, it's really good.
Canadian bacon is a good choice to add to omelets or have for breakfast.
Applewood smoked Honey Ham from Walmart Deli is the best ham I've ever tasted.

RNY revision from lapband 7/30/07...TT/BL 10/9/08 and at GOAL
My plan today is to drink lots of water to flush out the many bloody marys that I drank last night...
B-an egg and 3 slices of bacon
L-meat and cheese roll up with spinach leaves
D-Chicken Corn Chowder
S-cucumber and tomato salad
S-yogurt and granola with fresh strawberries
enjoy your Saturday stay warm; looks like we will see some sun today!!!

Change up in plans: no low sugar Keurig HOt choc...had McDonalds sf iced coffee instead...have no water in house right now...will have leftover shrimp from dinner last night for lunch...will freeze my soup for other days.
Recommendations: click protein if you like choc/espresso flavor...Atkins ready to go shakes...have 15 g protein and don't have to be mixed up
If you like it and want something warm, chicken broth for some of your liquids...I don't like sweet stuff all the time.
Make lasagna guts, chicken enchilada guts, taco guts and leave off the shells, pasta and tortillas...it really tastes the same, yet way lower carbs!
