I did fine except for one snack was a little bigger than I planned.  So far I'm up to 1100 calories and 84 gm of protein for the day.  Beef twice in one day made the calories higher.

Breakfast: FROZEN protein drink (which kept ME froze the rest of the day)
Lunch: 1/2 roast beef sandwich on wheat bread, one serving pretzel crisps
Snack: 1.5 cups of my trash mix (a tad more than I planned for)
Dinner: 4 oz hamburger patty blotted with a paper towel to remove excess grease, coleslaw using 2 T marzetti's LF slaw dressing.

Plan for the weekend: Clay and I just got back from grocery shopping where we made GOOD choices and stocked up on what we need to be successful.  He also made some hardboiled eggs tonight for snacks for us.  We bought canadian bacon for omelets, lean lunch meat, sandwich thins (that Becky brags about-I can't wait to try them), 3 kinds of cheese, salad fixings and fruit for me.  I'm ready to tackle the weekend, bring it on!!

Today has been awesome.  All vitamins in, protein in and about 100 oz of water alone.
Calories at 1059.  Went to Costco and didnt but any snacks.  Yeah for me.  I have stuck to the plan.  I cleaned out the house last weekend of all snacks etc from the holidays.  If I snack it will be on protein bars, plain popcorn, or fruit.  I love fruit, but too much of a good thing is really not that good.  I have been building my food base on fitday.com so that it is easier to enter everyday.  Have a great evening!  Remember tomorrow is a new day!  How was your day?

I did fairly well today...stuck to plan until supper.  we ate out in Kingwood at Los Cucos so I had a few chips and sauce.  I had about 4 shrimp from a shrimp burrito and 2 bites rice (1 tsp. each) and 2 tiny bites of tortilla.  I was stuffed.  I had a couple bites of sour cream and guacamole.  for lunch I had veg/beef/barley soup and a 2"x1" piece of cornbread with a tsp. of margarine on it.  I had protein coffee.  I may eat a piece of sf low carb cheesecake before bedtime.  It's getting a little easier each day!

I didn't have time after work and getting back from Kingwood to post on Daily Plate.  I'm wiped out now.

Good day for me today.  I did my exercise video in the morning and chose not to do one this evening.  I decided I needed some mental quiet time instead, so I snuggled with the dogs under a blanket and just relaxed.

I ended up right on target, and if I go to bed really soon I'll stay there!  I've got a bit of the munchies going on, but I'm going to take my last set of vitamins and go to bed on a positive note.  Kept my numbers in line with what I'm shooting for - 1551cal, 99 net carb, 22 fiber, 153 protein.  Good day all around.

The weekend is going to be a little more flexible.  We're going to get blood work for Jeff done tomorrow morning, then go wander around Lewisville looking at apartments.  So I'll pack some snacks and we'll meet up with Jenny for lunch out.  Sunday Jeff is on clear liquids only, so I'll only be feeding myself and will likely do leftovers mainly.  I will do at least one workout both days though, plus walking around tomorrow will increase my movement for the day.

wow Steph - you're shopping trip sounds impressive.

I did okay today.  Stayed on track for the most part.  But I guess I am going to have to log my food as well so I know for sure where I am at every day.

I made myself a hamburger using my sandwich thin.  It was really good and I put some of my smoked gouda on it.  it was a splurge but really within my guidelines.

I need to incorporate more veggies and less fat with my protein.

baby steps.
