Hello! I just wanted to introduce myself. My name is Rebecca. I live and go to college in San Antonio. Obesity has been a problem for me since the age of 5 or so, and I'm here looking for support in my journey and to be of any help that I can to others in their journeys as well. The long road to WLS has just begun and I am going to give it my all. I can't wait to get to you know all!

Welcome to the best OH board, IMO. I am just over 7 months out from RNY, so I can't give too much advice, as I am pretty much a newbie myself, but I am more than willing to give support in this incredible journey.

Hi Rebecca, welcome to the Texas Message board.

What surgery are you considering? Please do your research about all options and what your insurance pays for (RNY, DS, VSG, Lapband).
