OT ~ Need help mailing packages to soldiers

I am a little slow but I have got everything bought, boxed and ready to be sent to soldiers from everyone.

I am doing postage online but it is telling me I have to fill out forms.  There are some exclusions, and it just has me confused!!

Someone help me before I pay to print these labels........Do I need to fill out these forms for gifts?  If so do I have to take it down to the PO?

ok first YES you do have to fill out customs forms - no matter what or how you mail

start at the top and fill in your info

when you get to the to part just fill in one line at the time with Tim's info
don't stress over what the lines say - they are not written/designed for military addys

do NOT put Iraq on the form or add it to the address - write it exactly as I sent it to you

tward the bottom it will have a couple of lines for what and value - be real general - list junk food $10, toletries $20, books - sci fi $20 (book and magizines you do have to be a little more specific b/c of the anti porn rules but agian not to detialed, if you list 2009 popular machinics and it goes though someone who love popular machinics it might get "opened and inspeccted" same if you list seas candies, dark and milk chocolate)

I do not know about doing the postage on line vs takign it to the post office - I always take mine in
