You can find  Max protein at  GNC on Frankford in Dallas.  They will even give you the discount all month long.

Great accountability post Steph!  I do miss the
"old" OH, but I think FB has a lot to do with it.  I enjoy my variety of family and friends on FB.  I like to play my little games, too!

We do all need to be accountable to be successful.  When you stop posting what you eat and stop weighing...it's all downhill after that.  We need to keep trudging up that tall hill!

I agree totally with all of you.  I had my 1 year anniversary this week and am not where I wanted to be.  It is going so slow now that I am afraid I have lost all I am going to.  My son got me 3 personal training sessions so I am going to try and jump start the loss again.  I know what I need to do but up until now it has been easy.  I hope to be able to be at goal by my 2 yr anniversary!  I am going to start going to Support meetings and logging everything like I should.
