Jumpstart January B2B Friday

Okay, officially out of "lurking" mode and posting:
b - protein shake
s - Greek yogurt with mandarin oranges
l - chef salad (cucumber, green pepper, ham and cheese)
s - 1/4 c. dry roasted peanuts
d- 1c. soup with ground beef, tomatoes, red kidney and white kidney beans and ditti pasta

I am sitting at about 1100 calories and 70 grams of protein.  Running low on fluids today so I will focus on getting some more in and some additional protein before bedtime.  I am going to try to stay off of the scale for a couple of days so I can enjoy the surprising results of being accountable!  Of course, I am sure I will be retaining a little extra fluid this week.  What's a gal to do?
