Today's gone well for me.  Hope it has for everybody else. 

I've had:
protein coffee
Atkins shake
chai tea
chicken broth
decaf coffee
115 oz. + liquids
1.5 c chili and 2 Tbsp. cheddar cheese
SF pudding cup
Italian Chicken breast and stir-fried cabbage

Calories: 1300    95 g carbs (on high side) 17 g fiber  114 g protein

I took all vits and supplements, just need to get in the "E" word (exercise)

My Wii Fit II came in yesterday and I plan on doing that in the morning once I know how to crank it up myself.  Go my Karla Mii ready last night.

We CAN do this HARD thing!

I think I did well, but I got that fullish tummy feeling again, so I just took some MOM and am hoping that does the trick.

Not hungry at this point, and maybe that will keep me from eating anymore. I sure wouldn't mind.

We can do this.. it is hard!

Very picky/grumpy tummy, some things just don't set well so it has been a trial and error kind of day.  But here is how I'll finish off...

Day 4 into the new week....down 3 pounds, I'll take that, and still feeling soooo in control and focused...cutting out the late night snacking has been the hardest, but I think what could be lurking if I do not STOP!! LOL

Today menu was like this

B-yogurt with berries, and granola
Lunch-meat and cheese roll up with spinach leaves, and Tomato's as a side
Dinner-1/2 of a Chicken Quesadilla

Two more waters to drink, meds and vits in..I'm good to go!!!

Amazing once you start working the pouch rules again, it WORKS ....

Do any of you use the Health Tracker on OH?  I was just playing with it and it's not too bad.  Actually very easy to find your foods in order to log them.  In the end you have the daily totals and they are broken down by meals and snacks.  I think I like it.  Also has a widget toy.  I tried to paste it below, but it's only scrip and doesn't actually bring the picture over.  Cool, worth a minute or two to check it out.

I think I've done fairly well, but probably only because I can't eat. LOL.

Today I've had about 4 oz apple juice, two-three bits of sf jello pudding, two bites of apple sauce (sweetened with splenda), 1/2 can chicken noodle soup, and 1/2 can tomato basil soup by progresso.

The pain sucks, but I can't wait to jump on the scale in a few days and see a few lbs less! LOL

Good day here, did my 15 min of upper body today.  Hopefully after a week or two I'll feel confident enough to do the higher intensity work outs too.  Gumbo ended up being dinner, and I doubled the sausage in it, and my normal serving has filled me up before I finished it.  Going to save some for later in case I get hungry later, if not it will save till tomorrow.

Feeling very good about how I'm doing and that I'm sticking with my goals!

I had another good day today except I forgot my vitamins and protein drink when I ran out the door to work today.  Went to the cafeteria and lucked out-it was omelet day.  So I had them make me bacon/ham/cheese omelet and I gave 1/2 to my co-worker.

Breakfast: 1/2 omelet
Snack: 1 cup LF trash mix
Lunch: 4 oz roast beef (lean), 1/4 cup baked beans, 5 radishes
Snack: Russell Stover SF 100 calorie snack bar
Dinner: 6 grilled shrimp, 1/2 cup sauteed scallops, 1/2 cup SF jello

So far 943 calories, 50+ oz of water and 3 Diet Cokes.  Headed to the kitchen RIGHT NOW for my vitamins cuz they're not optional.
