I'll be doing at least 1, maybe 2 of my 15 min videos today. I had set my goal of exercising 3 times a week, but have decided that my body really needs it every day, especially because I have such a sedentary job. My body likes movement, even though my head would like to avoid it.

Good Morning!! Well, yesterday went pretty well. Was surprised at how few calories I consumed, but was full most of the day. By 9:00 I was hungry and wanting to snack. Since I had calories remaining in my plan, I did. On half a serving of tostitos. Not the best choice, but it was handy (as in on the counter from the teen not putting them away, but that's another story. LOL). Scale didn't move, but that's okay. I need to incorporate more WATER (read, not coffee) into my routine. Working on it....
So, today I will:
Drink more water.
Have 2 protein shakes (that worked really well yesterday)
Have a couple of protein snacks (probably deli meat with cheese)
Have a protein heavy dinner.
Wow...I have a plan!! Wooo hooo!!! Now, I'm off to MAKE GOOD CHOICES!!
As usual my challenge today is more water.

L....egg mug
S....string cheese and ham
D...Meatballs, sauce and provolone cheese
LNS...chai tea
....I need to run this through my journal, it looks calorie lite to me.
