Here we go with another day of making good choices...my word for 2010 is self-discipline, so I have to continue to use it.  Not too hard for me until I get home.  It's the hours between 4 pm and 9:00 pm that are hard! Overall yesterday went well...I guess I had too much sodium because I was up a lb. today and know I didn't eat too much.  I'm still down a lb. so that's good.

today's plan:
100+ oz. liquids (got in 120+ yesterday)
protein coffee being downed
Atkins shake
sf hot chocolate and chicken broth
chili w/ a little cheese for lunch and sf pudding in a cup if needed
Italian chicken and some cabbage for dinner
MCD sf iced coffee if needed during homebound time

What's your plan so you'll make good or better choices today?

I'm too cold to make any choices!!!!!  Okay... just kidding but I am tired of being cold... and it's only going to get worse!!!!  I agree Karla... usually at work I'm okay... but once I get home it's much harder!

Having trouble getting in my liquids... so trying to make as many of them hot as possible.

So proud of you!  At first I was..."Show Off!"  But then this competitive monster in me kicked in.  he-he-he (evil snicker)  How did you know that would work?

Down another .5 so that makes .8 total.  Lots slower than you guys, but it is moving in the right direction.  I am perfectly pleased and as shallow as it sounds, its this little bit of progress that is giving me motivation.  Wel...that and the friends I got to catch up with last night, of course!!

No plan for today.  At least not yet.  It will be warm dishes that settle my tummy.  I got sick again last  night after I got home and I'm even forgoing the hot coffee this morning.  Just the smell is making my tummy upset.  I am sipping hot tea right now for fluids and after dropping DD at school, I'll come back and make something to eat.  I'll post my log tonight.  I just wanted to post this morning and let you all know that I am here and I am still very in with you.

Maybe we are literally freezing our butts off!!!  I too am totally surprised.

I actually saw 166 over the holiday at my folks and have been stuck at 161 and 162 since before Thanksgiving. I just expect those numbers every morning.  This morning it was 158.8 and it didn't even register for a minute in my head. had to look again and just smiled.  I don't usually smile when it involves the scale! lol

I have issues at home as well.  Don't have bad choices at home, just nothing is what I want.

Today:

breakfast - eggs and cheese again

lunch - beef barley soup  with something

string cheese for snack

dinner is yet to be determined - maybe more soup

WE can do HARD things and THIS is hard.

ok, managed to get myself balanced on both feet on the scale and it is down another 5lbs!!!!!!  So I am almost down to my lowest point and then on my way to my goal of obtaining MY weight loss goal for myself this year!  So hopping must be burning more calories than I thought. LOL!

Plan today is much of the same as yesterday adding a few slices cheese to have the calories up a little.

First day of PT with my foot today so we will see how it goes.

Broth and sugar free apple cider packed today.  I will dilute with more water but this way I have warm liquids today.

Starting with Click (thanks Paige using 16 0z instead of the 12 is helping with dumping)
