How did we do getting B2B on wed?

Phyllis and Dana...hang in there...remember after a few days it will be a little easier. I think we all probably want comfort food when it's freezing outside...warm stuff...I'm drinking decaf coffee, chicken broth, etc plus some room temp. water to stay warm.
Now don't anyone flame me but according to Daily Plate I should be getting 1700 calories a day...not getting that much but I don't want everyone saying...you're eating too many calories!!!! I'm not tiny like some of you.
Calories: 1350 81 carbs 10 g fiber 111 g protein
I just got in my Wii fit w/ Fitness Coach 2 so will play w/ it a little in a bit.
I had protein coffee, Atkins shake, chef's salad w/ lite dressing, a handful of peanuts, lots of liquids and will eat chili w/ a little cheese in a bit and this includes some cottage cheese later on if needed.
How has everyone else been doing fighting the food monster?

Seemed to do okay today. I had some trouble with the baked chicken I had at lunch. I did have 100 calories of popcorn this afternoon since I ran out of food.
I am cooking beef and barley soup right now but don't know if I will have that tonight or Emm's marinated chicken.
The food monster is alive and well with me.. but I have a pretty good handle on it.

I didn't have a recipe but I used the Barley and Vegetable recipe on the back of the box. I had cook a roast in the crock pot and used that - it's basically
1 c celery
1 c onion
1/2 c. carrots
1/2 dry barley
14 oz crushed tomatoes
2 beef boullion cubes
1 bay leaf
1/4 tsp basil
7 cups of water
Pkg frozen veggies (I didn't use)
have to cook everything but frozen veggies for about 90 minutes then add the veggies. Cook another 15 minutes.
Would love to see another version. Anyone?

Well my day was going great until I paid $2 for a box of America's Finest choc. covered almonds at work!!!! UGH..... I should not have looked at the nutritional information!!!!!!!
Tomorrow is a new day.... is it wrong that it's only 6:45 and I'd really like to call it a day and just go to bed????

D: 8 meatballs with a little bit of gravy (made w/ skim milk instead of cream) and a few egg noodles
I seem to have pulled my right pectoral muscle. It started hurting slightly on Sunday so I think I did it hoisting the Christmas tree up into the attic. I further agitated it with my workout last night. Thank God I'm not coughing as much as I was because it's nearly debilitating every time I cough or laugh.
Tomorrow is a new day. It will be better.

PLEASE tell me it's WEDNESDAY!!!! My day SUCKED so bad that it'd better be Wednesday. Tomorrow's not looking any better either~work-wise that is.
I was so stressed at work that I ended up grabbing food and eating more than I should. I only ate what I brought BUT after I got home and logged it, I have to have a protein drink for dinner cuz my calorie count is too high.
Anyway, when all's said and done and I eat my wonderful protein drink for dinner I'll be at 1201 calories and 112 gm protein for the day.
Breakfast: protein drink
Snack: 4 saltine crackers
Lunch: 5 oz sirloin, 4 bites new potatoes
Snack: Russell Stover snack bar (100 cal)
Snack: 1.5 cups LF trash mix
Dinner: protein drink, banana
**Scale said I am down 3 lbs but I really think it lied. Some days I know she just jacks with my mind. Won't count it until it says it 3 days in a row.**

Oh I too hope that it is WENESDAY LOL! Another day and not touching the candy or the chips or crackers!!! Whooo hoooo but boy was a draging this afternoon. If I can make it three days I may be good

wow my protein is where I needed it but I thing calories need to be higher. So guess I need to eat something else. SF hot cocoa is 70 cal I will go drink that I am freezing.
I need to look up my calories and where I should be. Not able to excerice yet still non weight bearing on right leg but I am sure all this hoping around is burning something.
I am just so glad i have stayed away from the carb monster two days in a row.
Now to drink liquids!!!!!

Oh Paige that sugar free apple cider is 15 cal.
Now my water was not good was at 72 today.....must do better!
