Grateful today for waking up, for family and friends, WLS, Obesity Help, Support Groups, my heavenly father and all his answered prayers. Grateful for another day to live life.

Love your new avatar Nina. I keep looking and waiting for Ramon to post on the TMB. I pretty much know if he hasn't posted by 9:30 or so he isn't going to.
