Wednesday WLS Express!
I usually don't ride the train but I do have a WOO HOO !! I have been battling weight gain for some time now. Not that I have been stressed over anything at all !!! LOL Anyway today the scale is down 2.5 lbs. I know that isn't much but if I can keep it going downward that will make me very happy. Also in a week and a half I will be cleared from my gallbladder surgery to begin workouts again. Then I am joining 24 hour fitness and doing my workout's there. Hey Laura...if you don't have a membership yet and have a Costco card you can join for 2 yrs for $300. That is $12.50 a month !!! Awesome deal. Just thought I would share. Hopefully my eating today will be good like yesterday. Trying to keep stress to a minimum. But with all the kids and animals in my house....sometimes it is hard. Still working on hubby about me going on the cruise without him. LOL Hopefully he will give in !!! Prayers going out for our Meggie, Jenny and Eric.

My first woohoo is that my keyboard is fixed. I have spaces now!!
My second is that DH and I are remodelling the master bathroom and we're finding a lot of great people who know what they're doing.
Third is the realization of a (small) dream. I've heard of people contacting an author to let them know how much they liked their work. These people, by the way, aren't relatives, either, but actual customers. Last night, that happened to me!!! A sweet woman emailed my website to let me know how much she liked my historical fiction series.
Food wise? I'll give myself a C right now. It's not abysmal, but I need to do better. With a work-stressed husband, though, it's easier than ever to reach for comfort food.
I'm glad Meggie is getting her health problems resolved. I wish her all the best!

We've really been enjoying the new upright freezer we bought for Christmas. I need to keep busy to add things to it. On tomorrows to-do list in more Southwest Chicken and some cheesy soup. Might even make a big pot of chili, too. I'm just in a cooking mood, I guess.
This cold weather is rude! I'm not having the problems with the cold, yet, that alot of you have but it's still hard to take. I used to wish that thermpstat change ya'll have warned me about would hurry up and happen but I think I'm changing my mind! It must be miserable to stay cold all the time.
House chores are done, supper is planned and ready to heat, so I'm heading to my sewing room.
Ya'll stay warm!
