Wednesday WLS Express!

I think my Woo hoo is the same as Karlas' because it's no longer Monday or Tuesday!    I guess the other would be that the stupid medical claim that that guy filed on my insurance for bumping into him has been settled and I am free and clear there.

Work is a bit overwhelming thanks to being gone for two weeks and no one taking up the slack.  But I expected that. My supervisor actually called me on the phone yesterday from San Diego!! That hasn't happened since before Thanksgiving when I finally went to her boss and explained my dilemma with her.   She acts as if all is good but it's whatever.  She knows I'm doing a great job, so that's all that matters.

Not much  planned for the day aside from work.  Just want to keep warm.  I haven't set up the living/dining room yet with the new table and chairs and klick klak sofa.  I have to play around with it and see how it will all fit.

Okay, time to get on my warm duds and get going.  Prayers for Eric, Meggie, Jenny, Ken and our Richard.  And all those others in need.

Ahhhh....the putting together of a new house.  It's the best.  BTW, I wanna see pictures!!!  :)

Good morning Train Riders!!!  Woohooo for my plastic surgery follow up yesterday.  A little over a year ago, I had 19lbs of skin removed from my abdomen, and I've lost 9" from my hips, 6 1/2" from my waist and 1" from my chest.  Wooohooo!!!  My PS told me I didn't need to come back and see her again till I'm ready for some more surgery.  I will definitely be back at some point.

Today will be busy at work, trying to cram work in early so I can leave to go to Jeff's appointment this afternoon.  Hoping the doc has some good ideas how to get his GI track settled down.  I'm nearly caught up from being off work for 2 weeks, and I'm really glad I left myself notes about projects because I seriously forgot what I was doing!

Had a really good meeting with the women's planning team at church last night, and we've got some good events set up for this winter/spring.  Hopefully some of our enthusiasm will rub off and we'll get some good momentum going there.  There is still lots of turmoil and concern about if the church will make it, but we have a bunch of people *****ally do care and want to see the church continue.

Morning Debbi!!  Glad to hear you were able to get caught up at work. That's a relief, I know.  Praying all works out with your church.  Great news from your PS!!  YIPPEE!!  Praises!!  Keep us posted on Jeff's appt.  Praying they will find what is wrong and develop a plan for his relief.  Hugs!

Good morning EO! My WOO HOO is that a long time friend is coming for a visit today and we are just gonna veg out and watch movies and drink coffee and hang!~She has a 2 1/2 hour drive to get here and I want her to make it before the weather does anything. WOW it is gonna get colder than a well diggers a_ _ here!!!! Well everywhere in Texas I think...I got out and covered up my outside faucets and took the hoses off of them yesterday. I know I was a little late with my winterizing but at least I got er done! lol!
Another WOO HOO is that my 3 lb gain is back off. I finally got my stomach settled down to where I am not TOOOOOTING those horrible TOOTS! Thank God! I know nobody else here does that....haha ! DH will say: can you spray something and I will say I DID ALREADY! I know... TMI!!! If you don't know me by now you will never never know me...Thanks Karen for the song!

WOOO HOOO!!!  I made it to ride the train two days in a row!!!  Just 19 more days of this and it will be a habit again.....cause they say it takes doing something every day for 3 weeks for it to become a habit.  Let's see if I can do it!

It's cold here, but then, it's cold everywhere.  Got my hot coffee and trying to wake up.  Stayed up too late last night reading.  Good book, I enjoyed it, but man am I tired this morning.  Oh well....that's why afternoon naps were created.  :)

Hey You Guys!

Hopping on before I get busy doing report cards. Only 90000 left to do....jk.

Kaylee is with her dad for a few days so I was able to leave the house on time this morning. When all the stars and moon align then I treat myself to sbux on the way to work. This morning their driveway was closed down by that ugly orange plastic baracade stuff. I was beyond bummed. WTheck???!! Who closes down a sbux driveway? lol

I put shake and bake chicken in the crock pot before I left. Dinner for the rest of the family is cooking as I type. They just have to put veggies together.

I can't think of any major woohoo's. I started taking a new medication this summer and gained like 20lbs or better. I have since lost 10 of that. My Lexi cut Express size 8 britches are on my body today so I guess all is not lost. I guess that's my wohoo.

Prayers for Eric. Jenny- you holding in? Any news from Meggie?

Congrats on the size 8 britches!!! Im working on getting my medication gained weight of myself. UGH!

Talked to meggie yesterday. Surgery for small bowel resection set for tomorrow. Dr Provost has been consulted and has agreed the only 2 options are the resection or a take down of her RNY.
