Ok tha't all I need to say.  Meal wise I did fine but boy did graze bad at work this afternoon.  Chocolate covered espresso beans and way to many.

I had my bedtime snack and now am grounding myself to my room - if I leave I will go get crap to eat - even healthy crap is just not needed - would like to drop a few pounds in the next 10-12 days - like 10 or 12 LOL but will take what I get - logging just gotta keep logging and stay in my room at night

Ihave half a litter of water in my bottle and a britta filter in the bathroom I have NO reason to go downstairs

have phone laptop and book -
Home is where the army allows me to live with my husband

im here!!! ok did MUCH better today. Im telling ya.. logging my food and knowing i have to be accountable to yall makes a big difference.  I havent had a glass of wine, but i may want one later so i went ahead and figured in a small glass of red wine just in case. Im at

903 cals
92 carbs (YUCK!)
and 95 proteins. 

now, the only reason i said much better than yest was my carb count yesterday was disgusting.

Any thoughts on where my cal and carbs should be - i want to be in a losing phase.

Want to get the cals and carbs lower and protein higher, but i am at least moving in the right direction!

Liz at your stage you don't need to go lower on the calories.  I try when I'm logging and being good to have protein at 50% of the total.  Are you using fitday, the pie chart will show you the percentages.

Also, how much fiber did you have to get your net carb total?

My opinion but I think you should shoot for around 1200 calories a day if you can.

Youre right on the cals.  Protein was 40%, carbs 41% fiber was only 11g so net carbs was a whopping 82 so still waayyyyyy to high :(

I must be more tired than I realized. I looked for the evening thread and didn't see it (let alone *both* of them) so I posted my results on the morning thread.

In case anyone was in doubt, I am a dork!

I feel pretty good about my choices today.

B: 2 string cheese
No morning snack
L: 3 slices of Swiss cheese, 2 pieces of hunters sausage
S: wheat crackers with cheese
Pre-workout snack: protein bar, hunters sausage
Post-workout snack: 2 oz. of chicken stuffing bake (boneless skinless chicken breast, cream of chicken soup and stove top stuffing)

I had a lot of sodium, but if my body wants sodium, I let it have it. Maybe it will make me thirsty and encourage me to increase my fluids even more.

Bluesun and I had a great workout. We took the Latin Fusion class at Lifetime tonight. I love that class! I hadn't gone to one in probably 3 months though, so I know I'll be hurting tomorrow. But it's the good kind of hurt. :)

Ok, much better today I can report not one peice of chocolate or sweet of any kind!!  I will log it all in and know for sure but I am very proud of myself.

Lots of warm liquids click, some broth diluted with extra water I just can seem to drink cold things right now LOL.  Did have my regular water as well but I just wait until room temp.

B Greek yogurt with a scoop of protein powder
S string cheese
L Taco soup or I think that is the one (I have prefrozen small serving meals and I think this is one paige had made LOL) frozen i 1/2 cup servings) and a sugar free jello
S 1/2 banana oh yeah
Dinner a few slices of turkey breast and some green beans (1/4 cup)

no crackers and no sweets.....that is two days so far!!!!
