not bad - that is after dinner - I am debating if I am going to have a bedtime snack or not - if I do I think I'd better do protien since my carbs are higher than my protien - I DON"T care for that but I did ok - did stay close to plan - but ended up with cheesy jambalaya for dinner instead of fish and ww pasta but that is what sounded good.

how have you done? did you stay on plan? did you track what you did eat?

Nutrition is pretty good and got my vitamins in, but I'm short on fluids.  I'm still drinking and hope to meet goal before bedtime, along with a snack.  I'd planned greek yogurt, but I'm too cald for that.  I'll have to come up with something warm.  Here is how it went so far..

weights were good - after 3 weeks of not going I did decently - cardio was only 10 mins b/c we lost track of time and didn't get to the gym early enough - they close them down at 10 to clean - thinking about doing deep water arobics on thurs am - aiming for tues/thurs/sat (around bball games and pracitice)
