Jumpstart January BTB Tuesday
Good Afternoon Karla and Gang..
another great day for me!!! Still staying focused and on track....
B-small organge & a handful of roasted almonds (I forgot my b/fast at home)
L-Meat and Cream Cheese Roll ups and steamed carrots and brocolli
S-4 fresh strawberrie with blackberry yogurt and granola
D-Baked Chicken, twice baked tator, fresh garden salad
I have had about 3 water bottles today I need two more all vits and meds in for the day....

I feel pretty good about my choices today.
B: 2 string cheese
No morning snack
L: 3 slices of Swiss cheese, 2 pieces of hunters sausage
S: wheat crackers with cheese
Pre-workout snack: protein bar, hunters sausage
Post-workout snack: 2 oz. of chicken stuffing bake (boneless skinless chicken breast, cream of chicken soup and stove top stuffing)
I had a lot of sodium, but if my body wants sodium, I let it have it. Maybe it will make me thirsty and encourage me to increase my fluids even more.
Bluesun and I had a great workout. We took the Latin Fusion class at Lifetime tonight. I love that class! I hadn't gone to one in probably 3 months though, so I know I'll be hurting tomorrow. But it's the good kind of hurt. :)
