I know what I need to do - I have to choose to take care of me or I choose to fail
Let's see I haven't logged my intake but I know the carbs will be high.
Breakfast: multigrain bagle with cream cheese
Lunch: pork roast and brussel sprouts
Snack: oop I forgot about this. Chocolate covered coffee beans
Dinner: chicken, sausage and okra gumbo, not much rice but I did have some
Snack: Vanilla Yogurt with Kashi cereal
I took all my vitamins except iron. I'll get it in before bed. I too am struggling with water intake. Lots of coffee because it's warm but I just cannot for the life of me ge****er or even CL in.

going to check out 24hour fitness in the morning and try out their 7 day free pass before i commit. Did finish out today with protein but wayyyyy to many carbs. ICK!!!

S: See Bkst...had repeat..lol
L: Chicken with 2 dried cranberries (that frozen WalMart chicken breast), 1 bite broccoli, cuz I ate all the chicken first and was too full
S: Small aplle with one pkg string cheese
D: Roast..was tough...got stuck...gave up and had pudding with protein powder mixed in
Got akk my water and vitamins in!

We Can Do Hard Things
As for being cold - I keep a frozen wonton soup at home and heat up a bowl when I'm cold. It's shrimp wonton, low cal, low fat and very filling :) Only bad thing is the sodium content.
Yesterday:
B-Oatmeal
L-2oz ham, 1/4 c mashed pot w/turkey gravy, 3 bites mac/cheese
D-3 oz brisket, whole wheat bread, 2% swiss cheese; sandwich w/natural applesauce
S-shrimp wonton soup bowl
