My son and his GF lost their parental rights to the two boys... but that decision is under appeal.. it could be up to a year for it to be resolved... As for Ms Violet nothing has changed except that the court dates keep getting pushed back... the fight continues.... sigh...

Ms Violet is my son's youngest, CPS did an 'emergency removal' and took her away in Nov.... by law they're supposed to have a court hearing within two weeks... our next court date to 'continue' the hearing is in Feb.....
