Jumpstart January- Sunday
my plans for today did not work out - getting up at 10:30 and being tiered and crabby dealing with sick kiddo is my excuse - don't have one for tomorrow so I guess I had better get it together and eat resonably
I am as bad as the rest of you guys - the last meal thinking is rearing it's ugly head - there is some left overs from the chinese I ordered for dinner tonight - Rach is asleep - I could go have just a few dumplings and a tiny bite or three of rice -
getting back inot the swing of things this week- didn't gain over Cmas so maybe the same can be said of January :)

Steph, I've been all over the place with eating. Today I didn't eat much at all, probably not enough. Yesterday I ate like a pig, ugh.
I need to get my butt in gear and start planning. I just haven't been motivated at all.
I was quite shocked earlier today when I got on the scale and I'm weighing the same mid-day that I weighed last Monday, don't ask me how. Now tomorrow morning it could be up....my body doesn't know what to do lately.
I'm going to plan a shake in the morning, I really need protein my body is telling me I need good stuff.

I did nto get the meals cooked today that I wanted to for lunches for me but I will plan to do that through the week I guess. What I did do is purge my pantry of all things that I do not want in the house. Got rid of all this stuff I bought to :stay on track" and then never ate. Oh the money and food I waste there.
so I am ready for my BTB in the am with the exception of some new measl but I have a few in teh freezer still. and I am thinking of liquids tomorrow anywyay.
