Good morning!!!  Did pretty good yesterday... had a shrimp boil last night which was sooooooooo yummy!!!  Going to have to be good today so we can take my dad to Pappasitos tonight!!!  I hate to see him go home tomorrow!!!  Hopefully I will get to go to Arizona over Spring Break...so looking forward to that!   Yesterday I started a WLS blog so I can journal everyday.  Someone gave Donna a copy of Winning after losing... by Stacey Halprin  and she suggests that you journal everyday to help keep you focused.   Not sure how long I can keep up with it but going to try... maintenance scares the hell out of me!!!  Never ever been able to maintain a weight loss.... but then I didn't have my tool then either!!!

Plan today....
B: Chai Latte/ vitamins
S: Believe RTD
L: soup
D: mexican food/vitamins

I'm not officially starting til Monday but my plan for today is a protein drink for breakfast, chicken cordon bleu for lunch and leftover ham, scalloped potatoes and baked beans for dinner.  Still have lots of junk in the house that needs to be purged before Monday.  Vitamins are in and starting on my liquids as we speak.

Yesterday was OK carb wise but I need to drink more liquids.I actually made it to the gym last night and took my vitamins.
I also need to fin a good calcium and vitamin D.
Today I am going to try and use fit day to help me keep track of things.

Yesterday was pretty good, I ended up about 50 cal. under my plan and stay within my pie chart (40/30/30). Water is better but I really need to tighten that up.

Today's plan....

chai tea and breakfast cottage cheese...done
ham and cheese stackers...got lots of ham to use up.
afternoon snack....probably fruit
Dinner is either cream cheese chicken crock pot thing or meatballs

I want to start doing more 'real' cooking. Beast has been great about eating whatever I nuke for me or doing for himself but it's time he started getting better full meals. With the freezer now I have a place for the leftovers and not have to eat the same thing for days.

I take 1/2 cup of cottage cheese andput 1 pump of SF syrup...usually coconut, amaretto, or white chocolate.....and sprinkles. That can be bacon bits sprinkled over the top, or Go Lean cereal. If I don't feel like something sweet I skip the SF syrup, add some ranch dressing mix and bacon bits.

Try it....I hope ya like it!
