Unjury?
I just ordered a sample pack of Unjury - whats the best way to fix all these and the secret hints to making sure it disolves well, etc.
Im getting back on track - and going back to protein drinks... its what worked and what my body needs. Ive heard a lot of good things about Unjury so I went with ordering a sample of each.
Anyone that likes it please advise of prep tips.

A Magic Bullet is definately the way to go. I also make my drinks up and freeze them and eat them like ice cream-super yummy and makes you think you're cheating. Feel free to join our daily thread for those of us getting back to basics. We'd love to have you. It's called "jumpstart january".

I use Unjury. I mixed it with Brahms mil****il recently. I
just mix it in the Bullet with water. I also add a little
sugar free Swiss Miss for flavor and little
instant coffee. After buzzing it in the bullet,
I stir as I add ho****er to make a hot drink-
which really isn't hot hot but really warm.
I made a mistake thinking I could just pop the cup in
the microwave-it curdles the protein and was so nasty.
My order always come with several suggestions. I
tried the chicken soup and added the Chinese noodles
that they suggested and it was good.
I have used sugar-free pudding-banana and chocolate-
sugar-free jello with the vanilla-I have tried lots
that people here on the board suggested. I always go
back to the chocolate base . The milk adds more protein
but it also adds more calories-so I just use water.
Stephanie told me about a chocolate milk that she gets at
Walmart.

I use Unjury and mix it with Braum's skim milk. I mix it in a Blender bottle that has a round ball in it shaped like a wisk. No need for mechanical blending. Unjury dissolves really well. The vanilla is my favorite. I've also used it to make Pumpkin Spice smoothies in the Bullet. Really yummy.

Holly, I make a really yummy shake with the unflavored unjury, a few squirts of sf choc syrup, 1% milk, a few ice cubes and 2 tbsp of peanut butter...it's chocolate pb flavored obviously, and so yummy. The trick for me is not to make it too often because I will drink them like crazy then get burnt out on the pb. B ut for me it just adds and extra kick of protein, and helps me get where I need to be.
Any other recipes for unjury I'd love to hear also! That's what I'm going to be living off of for protein the next week or two! I won't be able to eat!
