Yesterday I was at  HEB and tried a sample of this dip... really more like a salsa and it was so yummy so I thought I would share!!!!

1 can black eyed peas drained and rinsed
1 can black beans drained and rinsed
1 can corn drained and rinsed
1 jar Robert's Reserve Roasted Red Pepper and onion dip (sold at HEB)
1/2 cup red onion finely chopped
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
4 ounces feta cheese

Mix together and serve with tortilla chips.

So eat  your black eyed peas today and enjoy good fortune in 2010!!!!!

At my HEB (2920/Spring Cypress) they had it over by the meats and bakery at their cooking station... they had a big display with all the Robert's products... spices, rubs and sauces.  It was not refrigerated.  It's in a small square jar.
